This is why I use OEM Benelli handguards and let Tango Arms stipple them. I know they are made of an application-tested material, and I know they will fit correctly. The USMC tested the everloving hell out of the XM1014. I trust they got the handguard material dialed in.
New member here. Reporting about successfully getting my new extension on. Had a minor setback, but thanks to @StrangerDanger I'm all good. Now the waiting game begins for everything else...
Exactly why he should have tested some birdshot from Valuepack to high brass!
Birdshot will definitely ruin your day, but it might not take the fight out of a motivated attacker immediately. I'd leave birdshot for the birds.
Granted, buckshot is hands down more effective than birdshot. But….
I have to disagree with you a little SD. I think birdshot in very close quarters, ie., in your home/apartment, with family or neighbors on the other side of that thin sheetrock wall, over penetration could be an issue. A load of birdshot at 12 to 15 feet would be very effective on human flesh.
My 2 cents…….
Never seen a set all warped like that one. Every set I have ever fit for people needed a lot of fitting to get them to seat correctly. Quite a bit of material must be removed from the front of the grips to allow the barrel seat ring to sit correctly.
Just wanted to update you all. Was still tweaking the design for the detent... Hoping for you all to be pleasantly surprised at what I was able to accomplish with my design. I spent a bit more $$ on R&D as I had a specific vision for what I wanted out of it.. for a smaller company it was a big leap, I believe it will be worth it.
Photos will be added this week most likely, in addition to me being able to start taking orders (hopefully).
