totally dig your set up,,the standard stock is the way to go,,yeah,,I went thru the colapsible stage back in 04,,now I'm back to the proper fit and feel,,also dig your markings on the stock,,plan to do the same on all my standard stock Benellis,,hey wheres you mag extension?????????????????
-
the key to Benelli forends for fitting one is the size of the barrel ring,,if its M1 series ring the front of the forend has a large opening to fit the forend,,the Montrefeltros have a small barrel ring so of course a different forend must be used,,,as far as stocks go all super 90 series should fit,,now the older pre 86s won;t at all but the super 90 back to forends now will fit the older sl80 series,,cool ain't it???? --ps:maybe a touch of the dremel and spacers for the super 90 stuff to the sl80 stuff.its still cool

Looking for a good tactical sling for my M4. Suggestions?

can you post some pics????? sounds like the pin is busted in the recoil tube threads,,
-
the M1 super 90 has a heat shield,,not a problem,,but with the M4,,theres the issue of gas blowback in the handguards,,,the heat shield won't stay in place,,the trick is the ears of the heatshield held in place by the forend,,with the gas gun ,, it keeps blowin the heatshield out,,the M1s obviously does not have such an issue,,so back to the drawing boards,,if any of yall come up with some ideas that would be great,,,the plastic heatshields are more forgiving on research and development ,,plus lighter,,,it holds well on my M1,,,no plans for crazy mass production just having fun with my Benellis,,,see yalllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
-
its a plastic one,,,just a prototype,,,one of many tries for the M1014,,,still working on one,,,,that Barrel gets smokin hot the way I shoot.
