  1. They probably sent wrong screws, Benelli PN 128C x2 & 255C x1. I would think finding them locally would be much easier with less pain, than internet! Find a Smith with a box of screws! Call 618-357-2911 Man & Son's see if they have them?
  2. http://www.militec.com/video/militec.html watch the whole video! GI's want what works and i think they have made that clear! Hoppes Militec Browning Midas Grease NO CLP for ME!!
  3. http://www.choketube.com/benelli.html Give them a call and see if they have one to fit your model! Standard/Ext Standard Benelli style!
  4. http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Mann.And.Son.Sporting.Goods.618-357-2911 This is who Benelli will send ya to more than likely!
  5. I would strongly suggest on doing a pattern test before going!

    M4 chokes?

If ya look at the M4 on the website under specs it tells you what they are supposed to come with, it says cylinder choke tube, but ya get what they send and any dealer can order you the different chokes you need if you want Benelli chokes! http://www.benelliusa.com/firearms/partsAccessoriesChokes.tpl this chart at the bottom of the page explains which Benelli chokes work in their shotguns. Since these guys make Benelli chokes i would think their website would be a wealth of info! http://www.trulockchokes.com/cgi-bin/eShop/index.cgi?page=basic_choke_info.htm&cart_id=1654931.84089
  7. http://www.benelli.it/Contatti.asp hope this helps since it's a CS Question to start with:rolleyes: No Gunsmith in UK? http://www.barnesgraham.com/rwg/newsite/files/new_price_list_2006.pdf http://www.gunnersden.com/index.htm.shotgun-stock-history.html
  8. Man i might not be able to sleep after those vicious attacks but on a side note: please start using some oil! If ya clean & lube the bolt group you might not have that "FAMOUS CLICK";)
  9. i think this post will clear up no lube issue http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showpost.php?p=93677&postcount=6 I use no oil? no grease either i figure, yall like it dry? OK
  10. my spare parts manual does not show anything with that same name, it has a drop and cast shim and a locking plate and that's about it! who dreamed up a plate block? Benelli does not use that terminology on anything to do with drop/cast kits!
  11. http://www.midwayusa.com/static.exe/getstaticpage?page=about_midwayusa.htm&utm_source=about_us&utm_medium=fullnav http://www.ableammo.com/catalog/default.php?cPath=9935_21_3518_3519 http://www.militec.com/ http://www.brownells.com/categories.aspx?c=4795 I also like Hoppes Products and Militec products, above are a few online places i frequent! Sportmans Warehouse has a few stores in Cali, Cabelas has one in Reno!
  12. Call CS it's a free call 1-800-264-4962, you will probably have to be patient cause they going hunting this time of year and not many people around but there will be someone!
  13. Mine spits them out like i spit watermelon seeds! never had a failure but i broke my gun in with 30 rounds of hevi-shot 3 1/2" rounds and i guess i have been lucky? Never had a issue but like most have mentioned ya gotta lube it or it will not work properly!
  14. you again?
  15. 3 Dr 1 1/8 oz loads should have no issues if they are smaller charge than that Benelli says you will have issues and to use a higher charge to feed and cycle for the 12 Ga. Not New:)
  16. Never heard of Federal shells having issues in a Benelli, but a shotgun with no lube will have issues and how can you expect one to not have issues with no lube. If the gun is not operating it needs to be sent to Benelli so they can lube it i guess.
  17. They are a Benelli Dealer and all ya gotta do is ask for special order department and they can get one for ya. Dealers will be just about be only place to find those parts! If they will not order it try Mann & Sons, Benelli sends people to them for parts!
  18. I opened this one looking for a picture of mudhen on point!
  19. He is basically saying with the tube flush to the end of the barrel the tube is not TIGHT which is NOT GOOD at all. Always run it tight with the wrench and if ya shoot a lot check it frequently to make sure it does not come loose. You can ruin a barrel with a loose tube really quick, my SBEII 2003 model is the same way it is down inside barrel a tad when tight, but never shoot a gun with a loose choke! PS it's ok to lube the choke prior to installation especially if ya wanta remove it some day! reading material, http://www.trulockchokes.com/cgi-bin/eShop/index.cgi?page=basic_choke_info.htm&cart_id=979433.387
  20. no lube no work! good synthetic oil is what Benelli says to use and i have a tube of Browning Midas Grease and i do not use much. The most lube i use is in the back of the reicever and only a tad on bolt rails. I use Militec on the rest of the gun and a light Hoppes oil on outer surfaces! NO famous clicking going on here, lube it a tad and get rid of your issues!
  21. I would send it back to Benelli for evaluation cause it's not supposed to come outta battery once ya let it slam IN! I bet they will wanta see your gun, i know you did not wanta hear that, but i would get it looked at. Are you using a good amount of lube at the back end of the receiver where the bolt group link hits the rear of receiver? it needs a good bit of grease where it hits the back end! I also lightly grease the tracks where the lower portion of the bolt group slide in. Not oil, Lube as in grease! I think you just need to run a few more boxes thru it to get it loosened up a bit! and maybe add some more lube in critical areas? I never load manual and let bolt slam on shell! i lock bolt back then hit release then load a shell then rack one in and i let it slam in when i am at full back position with shell locked in locking head assy! if ya touch the bolt handle it will cause FTF if it goes back just a touch but mine has never done this either loading or shooting! Some shells have been known to have issues with the brass and the extracors not locking due to brass deformation, i seem to remember Fiocchi mentioned once a long while back and not sure on Federals? Good luck! you are going to have to lube that gun or it will not function!
  22. bolt not locked, several reason that have been mentioned in previous posts. The 3 times this happened did you release bolt with button? why is shell info a secret or do we just not have a need to know?
  23. These guys have some also and a Leupold tech was the one recommending them to me! I installed a set on my Winchester Model 100 .243 and put a FX-III 6x42 on it! They are a bit different design but they have them for a group of different applications and are decent price! I like the Lt and Rt side mount design vs over and under. http://www.warnescopemounts.com/home.html Lotta stores sell them but just do not push them, they are popular on the left coast!
  24. new gun? or the one you thought you fixed a while back? is this issue so famous it needs to be addressed annually? Mr noitall hehe!!
  25. no problem! hope it works for ya and i think it will because they are all the same Part number!
