  1. Too funny. Stock is great! I just wrote you back. It's a must have!

  3. Daves metal works has them for $75. They work great. I've installed about 10 of them for several customers. I personally got one back when there was only 1 person on the forums selling them for $200. Socomguy i think was the user name.
  4. Stock looks great. Got mine in the mail at Noon today. Thanks for the quick shipping and excellent service.
  5. Payment sent. Look forward to getting it in the mail!
  6. I used the Surefire M80 rail. Once you have that you can pretty much mount anything you want to it. I used a Surefire 6P with shock bezel inside a vltor ring.
  7. still available...price lowered.
  8. Once you turn the old tube off. U can still use the heat gun to burn the old loctite off the receiver and simply use a tooth brush to scrub it out. I let the receiver cool down before applying loctite to the new tube. To be honest your receiver isnt going to heat up that much from shooting it enough to where the tube will unscrew it self. I used blue loctite because it's what I had on hand. You could use red as well, but you would just need the heat gun again if you wanted to take the tube back off for some reason.
  9. The simple hair dryer trick just didnt work for me. LOL I bought a heat gun, stuck the gun in a vise and used oven mitts on the sides of the receiver. Ove Glove on one hand and kitchen oven mitt on the other. After about 2-3 min with Heat gun on high you will see the green loctite smoking off the tube. Just turns right off. I have installed about 8 of them for other people. All using SOCOMguys tube. Great product!
  10. The magazine tube - the follower goes in then the spring, then the cap that uses snap ring pliers, then the actual magazine cap itself screws on to the tube. Is this what you are referring to? If so, then yes i did. Why would I not put it back like that????
  11. Withdrawn. Decided to keep it.
  12. I have a Benelli m4 and have shot close to if not more than 2000 rds thru it. I was taking a class about 2 months ago and made it all the way through the class with no problems. On the very last COF my bolt handle flew out. Bad part is I never found it. I had a spare bolt handle one of Dave's Metal works enlarged. I'm shooting this past Sunday and just out of nowhere it flew off as well. Luckily I found it and kept shooting about 50 rds later it does the same thing again. This really sucks and was wondering if any one else has had the same problem and what should I do about it.
  13. I just took the first Magpul Dynamics shotgun employment class this past Monday in St. Augustine, Florida. The course instructor "Chris Costa" is using a Benelli M4 with SOCOMguy's full length mag tube, Surefire M80 rail, Larue F.U.G. grip, Surefire Scout light with turbo head, Aimpoint T-1 with Larue low mount. Here are some pics of what you were looking for. To view all of the pics go to www.ar15.com click on Hometown, then Florida and scroll until you see Magpul Dynamics shotgun class.
  14. Magpul Dynamics is a division of Magpul Industries and is now offering training classes throughout the U.S. If you go to their website at http://www.magpuldynamics.com/ it will give you more information on what classes they offer as well as a schedule. I've always wanted to take a shotgun class but trying to find one somewhat close by is always been a problem. The director of Training for Magpul Dynamics "Chris Costa" is a good friend of mine and I asked him if would consider doing a Shotgun Class. He decided to do so and we had the first one this past Monday. If you look on http://www.ar15.com Go to Hometown, then click on Florida it will posted here in the next few days with pics as well. We took about 500+ pics but not all of them will be posted on the site, probably about 50-60 of them. Hopefully you can get a chance to take one of these. If you have any other questions you can contact Chris Costa and see about setting something up in your area.
  15. I bought a few of SOCOMguy's Full length tubes and always either used the factory spring or if that stopped working I replaced it with Brownells part# 301-000-491
  16. I received one as well, and deleted it. Dont remember the user name.
  17. ok, thanks. I didnt think so either, but this guy swore he saw it on there. I think maybe he saw another type of shotgun.
  18. A customer of mine came in today to pick up his pistol and was talking about how all he has left to purchase is a Benelli M4. He is left handed and said he was looking on this website and said they make a Left handed Benelli M4. Is this true or false? I had never heard of it and didnt see it listed anywhere on here as an option. I'm sure someone on here will have the answer to that. HINT: M1014...as he is always quick to reply!
  19. You wont have any problems cycling 1600+fps slugs. It will rock you and shoot out a nice flame! I've never shot slugs further than about 25 yards and never shot them for groups. I was shooting at bowling pins and had no problems hitting them using Wolf slugs, which from what I have been told aren't the best for grouping. But they were like $2.00 a box so thats what I used.
  20. You didn't mention anything about slugs. You asked about bird and buck shot. That's what i was referring to when I mentioned the 1 1/8oz shot to use. I've never had any problems with 1 oz. slugs. Other than the Win Ranger slugs which like I said the gun was NIB and I only had 5 oof them to try. Generally anything around 1150 fps should have no problems cycling your gun. I use the Brenneke Low recoil home defense slugs, Brenneke KO slugs, Wolf slugs, Win slugs, all of them tend to work just fine. Any 3" slug should do the job just fine as well.
