Woot, took the stock off and looked at my tube. As Duggan says, I bet the middle point is gonna be PERFECT! I lustfully await my stock and the money a few people owe me which will allow me to pay for it in full. Duggan, you ran one of these a while back. Did it ever loosen-up or change feel? Or did Benelli make this aspect like a brick shithouse too? How many rounds did you put through it? I know you beat the snot out of stuff, not abuse, just use it to the max. Good person to field this question to.

I found that people interacted with me quite nicely. I have been a member on arf.com since '03 and am only 23 now. Never had any problems. As to my grades, etc. By the time I was in highschool, I was a walking ballistics chart. I still managed to graduate with a 3.8X cumulative GPA, make a high enough score on my ACT to get a free 4-year ride at LSUS (without TOPS, since I was not an LA resident, sadly. Had I had TOPS, I would have been rolling a new 'vette with that $$, lol). CONTRARY to popular belief, I hate math and ballistics never helped with that. It did help with physics though, a lot. A lot of highschool physics was simpler for me. As long as you have a decent social life and your grades are what they need to be, persue your enthusiasm, but be careful, not everyone thinks 14 year-olds should know how a firearm is operated, much less be a maven about them. Hence why I branched out and became a sports-car enthusiast for a few years in higschool. Made the teachers a lot more comfortable.

I found one for a bit less and already did. Just want my decision MMQB'ed I guess. Have you ever handled an LMT SOPMOD? Does this stock lock up that wiggle-free? Will it wiggle in time, or was it built to LAST?

How is it? Rock solid? Wiggle a little? How is cheek-weld with it? Will it loosen up over time? How does it feel under recoil? What? How does this item "feel"

The problem is that shows of immaturity like this will keep you back every time. Act the age you want to be treated. Whining about being treated like a child will only lead to more of the same.

I did not pattern the IM choke as it seems the MOD was JUUUST on the cusp of stringing/blowing the OOO. I have only tested at 50 feet, and using the 8-pellet 2.75" OOO Remington stuff. However, EVERY TIME, 3 pellets would "go wild" as in, 5" or so away from the group (we will get to that...) in whichever direction. Not bad, all on a 14x16" target at 50 feet, but still, "fliers". Also, every single shot would see 5 pellets within a 4-6" group at 50' DEAD CENTER of the target. I am waiting to test my Briley MOD choke to see if it gets rid of the fliers.

Step 1: Buy Briley Speed wrench. Step 2: remove choke Step 3: apply anti-seize compound like Birchwood Casey (I like it as it ensures that there will not be any issues, why not spend the $8 and 10 seconds, stuck chokes suck. It only takes one to make you a beliver in the stuff). Step 4: screw choke in while holding shotgun barrel by barrel and last lug/ring for leverage. Tighten with speed wrench. I have found that unless I snug it down with the Briley, it will unscrew after a dozen slugs or so. With my Briley, I have never had a problem. Was a nightmare trying to keep it in before, using the crap Benelli wrench. Not enough torque with that thing. Before you question the user/ability, I have been single since 2007. I have strong wrists/hands. I recommend cyl/ic for Sluggers/Brenneke's and MOD for Winchester slugs. Just my experience.

I wouldn't buy anything at a gunshow period. Some people like Federal FC. Some people like Winchester XX Supreme Magnum. Some people like Ranger Reduced Recoil (will it run in your M4? Only you know...) If you want the hardest kicking, nastiest junk I know of, Dixie Slugs Tri-Ball is the only way to roll. Pure sickness
