I unscrewed the nut already it does not budge ,i hit it with a chisel from the inside it does not move. it must have threads on the Swing swivel plate or welded ???

I cant figure out how to remove this Swing Swivel Sling plate 063J ? Has Anyone removed this part before ? Can someone please explain how Thanks
