  14. Hey Phil....When do we get a pic of your M4 project?
  15. Yeah, that's the one I'm using and it works fine. The Brownells stock # in that answer brings up a Benelli manufactured follower and therefore not a compliance part which is why I chose the Brownells (made in USA) follower. Also...yes, I'm still using the Surefire M80 forend but plan to switch back to stock grips after I get a Mesa Urbino stock and use it as my 3rd compliance part. Later, Hookster
  16. Here's the one that I use and am very happy with http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/sid=44592/pid=20384/sku/Benelli_Follower__Alum__Red__12_3__Ga_ Later, Hookster
  17. hey saym14, A hairdryer won't help you, not enough heat. You can find heatguns fairly cheap and make life much easier. My tube removal wasn't too bad, about 10-15 minutes of heating before I got it to turn a little and then it was heat a little/turn a little for a while until about one third out and then I unscrewed it the rest of the way in one shot. Most of the threadlocker stayed on the old tube threads and the receiver threads were pretty much clean and ready to go. Later, Hookster
  18. Another happy Specter Gear fan here.... I use their buttstock shell carrier as the rear attachment point Later, Hookster

  22. Hi HDS and welcome to the forum, Just so you know, there is a standard (non pistol grip) stock for the M4. It takes a little searching to track one down but they can be found. Later, Hookster

I'll be looking forward to your review of the fiber/tritium model in bright daylight conditions as well as your post-range trip thoughts. BTW...I love the AD locking system, I have it on a TangoDown VFG, rock solid! Later, Hookster
