It will be easy to make a verification call Tuesday when they are back from The NRA show. I'll post up what I find out.
-
Then why does CC show it as "Temporarily" out of stock and Geissele still allow you to order it directly from their site? In fact, I just ordered one. EDIT: I just posted this question to them on their FB page. Right now they are at the NRA show in ST Louis so who knows how timely a response might be, https://www.facebook.com/pages/Geissele-Automatics-LLC/286968105232

Full length mag tube and C-stock. Both big deals for Benelli and from the 922r standpoint. The Robar finish is icing on the cake and really makes the M4 platform stand out. It isn't for everyone but you'd be a real Dumb*** to knock it.

I'm gonna make some popcorn........brb.

I'm waiting for my transfer to go through right now. Looks like it will be a few months but the paperwork is in and now it's just sit tight. I bought my 11724 from Impact guns and it took 15 months from start to ship to my class III dealer. lol I guess a few more months isn't really that big a deal. In the end I paid $1769 w/shipping and it will be every bit worth the wait.

Kip.....you're a class act all the way brother.
-
I would bank on 2-3 days to process before they ship. Then figure out what UPS zone you are in and that should give you a good idea of transit time from Benelli.

Thanks, I appreciate your candor. I'm interested in these parts for a second M4 that I have on the way. My first one has a cc mag tube and the FFT forend, as well as a Geiselle hammer and Brownells follower. For the second one, I'm thinking of going the FFT trigger parts route simply based on numbers. All I need is the mag tube and trigger stuff and then I'm good to go for my c-stock. In reality, I'm not too worried about the FFT hammer. I suspect that there might be some that could have heat treat issues but with FFT's return policy, I have no doubt I'll be taken care of. I already have the cc shorty ti tube waiting.

So one post from a guy who says that he talked to FFT and they said their parts were better? What makes you trust this guy versus any other doofus on the internet?

Hey I'm not a member over there..........would you mind posting some links to those threads? Thanks.

Brownells has them in stock. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=23664/avs|Make~~Model_1=Benelli__Super%2090/Product/GAS-PISTON

+1 on the Geissele hammer. Mine has been flawless with none of the reported peening problems of the FFT. I'm thinking I'll just leave well enough alone with the trigger/disconnector since I'm already compliant, including the C-stock.
-
Yep..........

I'll sell you mine for $170 shipped. It's NIB, never installed.
-
lol that's why you can find Remington 887's all day long.

NFA has a 14" barrel vs the 18.5" barrel on the standard model. Also, 5 +1 on the NFA and 7 + 1 on the standard. The NFA model comes with modified choke barrel whereas the standard has interchangeable chokes.
-
That's what I thought. I know the tactical models are tapped as well as the slug guns but not the field models.
-
My Super Nova Realtree APG isn't tapped.

That's really true. I would rather have my GG&G bolt release than an oversized charging handle.

If you look close, he has the c-stock on there. usmcp1000714_cropped_smaller.jpg

For a law that's never had one documented case of enforcement, 922r has to be the biggest joke in history. Even the BATF will tell you different things on different days with different agents. My Super Nova Tactical isn't compliant and I'm not worried in the least.

I bought a Nordic Components +2 extension for my Super Nova Tactical and still retained the use of the stock spring. Like was stated above, it actually made the weapon easier to load and had no detriment on the function.
