I'm having a very hard time finding any photos of the collapsible stock disassembled. I'm only finding this exploded view schematic. Would you mind taking it apart and post some pics so that those that do not own one can see what might be involved with creating a spacer? That would be greatly appreciated. It's driving me crazy that I cannot find pics and more so that I do not own one.

I intended to use the lowest ADM mount with a Vortex SPARC, I figured cheek weld might be an issue so I wen with the ATI Raven Stock because the cheek piece is easily adjustable. It definitely works, but I think I'd prefer the M4 collapsible stock. I'm interested in a potential modification.

I've used Sharpie markers and I do not like how it contrasts on AR-15's anodizing. It clashes pretty bad. I have also tried the Birchwood Casey anodizing marker and it works pretty darn good. There is still a bit of contrast, but I haven't heard of anything that does a perfect job. Pretty much anything you apply will look different because it is different (not anodizing).

I hear ya, but this is why a really detailed video should be made, in my opinion. If the Auto Lifter causes the bolt to be held open, then how does one close the bolt? I know I sound annoying, but if they had an adequate comparison video, I think it would help them a lot. I just wish they would demonstrate EXACTLY what functions are altered after installing the Auto Lifter.

If it bypasses most normal operational features ... I suspect this is something that might be more predominantly used specifically for competition. I can understand how some people might say that if it is ideal for competition then it should be a benefit to home defense as well as combat. I would agree with that, but I do appreciate certain normal operational features that the Benelli M4 has.

This J-Kenny Auto Loading Lifter does sound quite interesting, but it leaves me a little bit confused about what manual features it overrides with the Benelli M4. I read their product page on their website, but the info leaves me with more questions and confusion. Does the Auto Loading Lifter not allow the chamber to be clear, the bolt closed and a full magazine tube? What I mean by that is ... I really like that I can chamber my first round and upon racking the charging handle, I can quickly & easily clear the chamber without it automatically ejecting a round from the magazine and allow the bolt to close with an empty chamber. This is where I am left a bit confused as to what this part will disable and/or alter in the way of 'normal' functionality. I think it would be a really good idea for that company to make a thorough video showing two Benelli M4s side by side and demonstrating the original/normal functions vs how it functions using the Auto Loading Lifter.

I imagine it is about 'safety', more control over the shotgun and keeping to the original spec/function of the original design. The J-Kenny Auto Lifter appears to override a couple of the Benelli M4's manual functions.

I'd contact Nordic. It shouldn't do that. I've used multiple Nordic magazine extension tubes with clamp, even with a Benelli Nova and never had that issue. Maybe they accidentally sent you the wrong clamp. You could check out GG&G clamps.

Not sure what you mean. LaRue mounts need to be adjusted using a tool to the specific rail you intend to use it with. Often you find that when you remove the mount from one rail and try to put it on a different rail, the mount is either too loose or too tight and require adjusting with a tool to make it function. That is why I no longer use any LaRue mounts. Bobro mounts are self-adjusting. ADM mounts can be adjusted using your finger tips. LaRue mounts require a tool. LaRue has recently come out with a new version of their mounts that can be adjusted using your fingers. I haven't seen any reviews for them yet.

Very very nice! LaRue Index Clips are my all time favorite rail covers. I use them for all of my rails. They are by far the best way to secure wires too.

I like ADM mounts for accessories. I do not use LaRue mounts for anything anymore. Quite often LaRue mounts require a tool to be able to move the mount from one rail to another. ADM mounts do not require a tool IF they need to be adjusted. I used to have LaRue mounts for everything, but after they failed to do what I wanted (swap from rail to rail), I have sold them all and replaced them with Bobro mounts and ADM mounts.

I've shot many slugs out of my Benelli M4 using the stock modified choke that was installed. No problems.

I totally understand the desire to keep a round in the receiver ready to rack into the chamber. It's all just a preference and you have 1 more round than you would if you didn't. My father keeps every weapon in the house fully loaded, round in the chamber and safety off. I personally don't feel "comfortable" with that, but he does. "Safety" can be argued from different mind sets. I just do what I'm comfortable with.

Check out the Suarez RMR Mount $59.99. I'm not sure about Benelli M2 compatibility. Hopefully someone else knows.

Bummer. I would have given you mine for free, but I somewhat recently traded mine for a Benelli stock with pistol grip.

My favorite sling is the Magpul MS4 sling. It can be used as a single point sling as well as a 2 point sling. I set up all of my weapons with QD sling sockets so the sling works with all of them.

Thanks for the video, I enjoyed watching that. I really like how it's a drop-in part and the screws only secure the adapter. Very cool.

I believe you are correct. Even the front screws are too far back to contact any part of the weapon.

I drilled & tapped threads on my Remington 870. It was a fun and easy project. Really easy if you have a small drill press and a cheapo vice. I used this Mesa Tactical picatinny rail. That looks similar to the Strike Industries forend design. I could be wrong, but I see set screws similar to the Strike Industries Benelli M4 handguard. I really don't like that design because it really gouges the weapon everywhere the screws contact for a snug fit. I'd dig it more if they used nylon tipped set screws or anything other than something that messes up such a fine shotgun. The Mesa Tactical Truckee handguard looks like the best design so far to me. No set screws, it's longer than the original handguard and Mlok all over. I haven't see a video showing how it is installed yet though.

Makes me wonder if they never released the trigger or simply pulled the trigger and didn't realize it.
