  1. Curious to know where they can be sourced.
  2. Somebody forget to pay the bill?
  3. That’s a good price. Where did you score that?
  4. How many revolutions/turns should you get before the pistol grip is fully seated? I'm thinking 4. The 3rd was tight but I pushed it to a 4th turn.
  5. Cool! I'd probably side with the nitride over the cerakote.
  6. Just bumping in case a unicorn is grazing in the pasture.
  7. Hmm, the site is not coming up for me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
  8. No FTE issues yet. It was just noticeable pushing on the extractor with finger pressure.
  9. I never said “EXACT”. I’m just trying to get it close so it looks normalish. I thought perhaps somebody may have done the same to this specific part.
  10. I know how to color fill and I know what options are available. I'm just wondering if anyone knows what color/brand is the closest match. I want to re color fill the red circle on the cartridge drop/shell release lever. I'm not sure what shade of Testors, Lacquer Pen or Nail Polish would be the closest. Obviously red but....just wondering if anyone has any experience matching this up.
  11. Has anyone noticed their extractor tension lightening up a small amount after you put some shells through the gun? Like maybe the first 100-200 or so? Perhaps its just breaking and the spring taking an initial set. One of my bolt heads has noticeably less extractor tension than a new bolt head that I compared it to. I don't think it's cause for alarm but I can notice a distinct difference. I'm wondering if there is something else at play here besides break in.
  12. Great advice and info from Benelliwerkes. I used a 5/64 punch to move the pin out slightly for the first stage. Then I realized I didn't have a small enough punch for the next step. I scratched my head and remembered I have an old Dan Wesson firing pin that I use for various things. I believe it's 9mm/38 super dimension. This was perfect. I was then able to ease the roll pin out enough to completely remove it by hand. - Done easy peasy!
  13. Sorry, I didn't receive/view messages until I was at work this morning. I was unable to post it sold until now. I was locked in a meeting all day with a 2 hour drive to and from. Gman56 was first in.
  14. Selling this RX Arms CH. It's an excellent handle, just a little more circumference than I'm use to. It's been test fit a few times but never used in live fire. Titanium handle with steel shank. $90.00 shipped. PP F&F or you pay the fee, also Venmo. I can take a USPS MO if you want to go that route as well.
  15. With this being the “end” I wonder how warranty stuff will be handled down the road if something flakes or delaminates. Although I’ve never seen NP3 do that.
  16. Generally they are pretty good about correcting issues if it’s their fault. Sometimes you have to stay on them to get a response because they appear to be a busy shop. All is good. I thought there was an issue with the extractor roll pin but I think it’s all good. Unfortunately they always destroy the firing pin retaining pin o ring. I have a few extra so I should be ok. The finish on the bolt face isn’t as smooth as last time. Maybe they didn’t prep it properly before plating but it’s just going to get dirty anyway. I love unwrapping fresh NP3. Too bad this will be the last time for the foreseeable future.
  17. Wright delivery day. Overall things look pretty good. A couple minor concerns but nothing that shouldn’t be manageable.
  18. Sounds cool. I’m assuming it would omit the polymer/plastic cover over the cap? Will black be available?
  19. I’m not sure why they oversize them. Maybe he would have to pay the vendor more to size them after they come out of the mold. They just require some patience and fitting. I can’t remember if I started with a file or not but I finished with self made sanding blocks. I used a more aggressive grit and then finished up with a fine grit to get them nice and smooth. It probably took me an hour to get them right. You’re only suppose to file on one end. I chose the end that’s toward the barrel lug/hanger. I wanted to leave the end that interfaces with the receiver alone. It’s a lot of on and off and filing/sanding. Once their done they should fit any M4 if you don’t remove too much material. I saved my FFT’s for my new M4 they fit with no problem. One thing that threw me was they appear to be bowed out in the middle. Once you screw down the mag tube cap and get them secure they straighten out. No gap.
  20. I’m not worried about losing a few pennies on the dollar. I just didn’t know why the total ended up being a little more. Then I figured it out. Not a big deal. I was more concerned with the other scenario. It looks like a great handle!
  21. Ahh you know what. It's the PP CAD conversion rate that's pushing it over the "limit". US to CAD is $1 to $1.27. PP only gives you $1.21 CAD due to their "conversion fees"
  22. I just received and paid my invoice for return shipping. It was a little stiff but I know it's insured at least. The good news is it looks like they dumped FedEx and are now using UPS. Years ago FedEx was my preferred. Now they are a complete horror show.
  23. Is there any paperwork that needs to be filed for this? Per your description in the US if it's under $100 we're good to go. However, with shipping the total appears to go over that mark. Or, does shipping not count in regards to required paper work?
  24. Blow dryer for 15 minutes? Wow OP you got lucky. I needed an active volcano and the arm strength of Kong.
