  1. Good evening everyone. I am in the final stages of getting in material to produce a steel tang, titanium handle charging handle. I will be posting more details in this thread as they come. Titanium is ordered (Coming in from USA), and the steel tang will be stainless steel to prevent corrosion, RC 40, to prevent deformation from inserting and taking out the handle. This will be a locking charging handle. CNC Precision made, has an outside diameter of 0.6" (5/8") which is in between the 3/4" and 1/2". Final product finish will be sand blasted for a darker grey natural titanium look. If you want to be notified when stock is in, please sign up at www.rxarms.com. I am still settling on the design of knurl. I have read many feedback on all kinds of handles on these forums. I am probably going to settle on a more simple design like the previous carrier comp handle, but I will be testing a few designs first for grip of knurl, and also the force of pulling back on the handle, which may or may not attempt to rotate the locking handle. I do not want the handle to rotate, so the knurling and the notch design will be fine tuned to prevent this from happening. Initial stock is going to be around 65 handles, as they are pricy to make. The next order size will be dependent upon the demand. I know that the Carrier Comp handle is the unicorn of all M4 charging handles. My Goal in this, is designing this handle to be the best on the market.. Any and all feedback is welcome, so feel free to ask questions! As mentioned, visit www.rxarms.com, sign up if you want to get a notification when they are ready to ship. Thanks!

  2. I’ve been shooting shotguns since I was legally old enough to hunt. Maybe I’m not tactical enough, or I’m doing things wrong, but I’ve never felt the need to have a soda can for a charging handle on any of my semi autos. All the more reason to stick to the stock one in my M4.

  3. I bought mine because I liked the option to change the length. I am a big guy and the longest setting and middle setting work great for me. It saves a little weight I am sure too. Lets all be honest to - a lot of the reason everyone gets it is because exactly like you said: it is how a Benelli M4 SHOULD look and it just looks cool.

  4. Not posting this to question anyone's opinions or $anity regarding a folding stock -- just wondering about its utility and if that's the reason for the overwhelming demand. Is it because that's what the M4 is supposed to come with -- it makes the gun complete? Weight savings? Cool factor or do some shooters find adjusting the length-of-pull fits them better? Living in Rep of Cali I can't use a folding stock so I have not experience with it. My 11707 did come equiped with a 3 position receiver tube, so if we ever re-join the Union and the prices come down I may get one.

  7. For me it's all about the flexibility. The half way position is PERFECT for a red dot on a low quick release mount. The fully opened position is PERFECT for the factory sights. It basically gives the user the ability to utilize the gun in a way that fits their own personal shooting style.
