If BS walked, you'd be long gone from this thread. As for your buyout offer......

Excellent question! Too bad you didn't get an answer. It's kind of like Meet The Press, ain't it?

For hunting, Benelli SBEII. For clays, I don't know. I don't shoot clays.

I use mine primarily for wingshooting. I never see the mid bead, but I learned to shoot with a shotgun that had no beads at all. Don't pay too much attention to the beads. Shoot with both eyes opened and learn to shoot with the shotgun as an extension of yourself. It's just like pointing at something with your finger.

Welcome to the forums! I don't know much about those GI Joe guns. Some of the M1014/M4 regulars will be along to help you shortly. Apparently there's a Tupperware party this weekend

It's getting crowded under this bridge!

No. You cannot kill turkeys with that configuration. OK, so I'm kidding. Yes, of course that will work. A 30" will work too. The turkeys will be just as dead either way. Kicks, Rhino, Jellyhead, Factory chokes, Patternmaster, Briley, Carlson, Primos.... They all work.

I don't know, mudhen. I did manage to find one little bit of truth in there.

I did indeed have a problem with the R1 and they did an incredible job for me. The stock cracked shortly after I got it. I called them and they agreed that I could go ahead and use it the rest of the season and we'd settle up later. At first, they sent another stock, but the tone and grain was a mismacth to the forearm, so they I sent them my stock and forearm and the matched me up a really nice set the second time around. In addition to getting the great service I met some terrific people. Even had a helpful gunsmith send me his card in the return package. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and cordial. I'm very pleased with their one and only CS issue with me. Scan the receipt and use photo editing software to blank out the parts that show personal information. It's not hard to do.

22-250 with Leupold 6.5-20 X 50. Puts every pellet in the kill zone at 300 yards... most days.

I have nothing to add to mudhen's comments. I would like to say, "Hello and welcome." Your English is better than that of some of the Americans here, so don't worry too much about that.

Any top level predator capable of killing or maiming me and within spitting distance is in season. I don't know the particulars, but I know I would have shot him on sight.

I had to step away for a nature call. Did I miss anything?

I guess it's all a matter of how far back you want to carry a grudge. As I recall, America had to get into quite a spat with the British over that whole Independence thing. Also, your beloved Benellis are made by Italians. You may want to do some research on the Italians' role in WW II as well. As I see it, we pretty much squared up with Japan when we dropped the two big ones at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Somewhere close to a quarter million people, with about half of that number being taken out on the day of the bombings.

Saving them the trouble of clicking.

I was going to guess around 6-2. Because of your longer arms and overall larger build your cheek position is closer to the receiver than the average (5-9) shooter. Look at the gun and how the stock tapers down as you go back closer to the heel. What you need to do is install a shim, spacer, or thicker recoil pad to add more length of pull. This put your cheek weld further back and thus lower on the comb. A GOOD gunsmith should be able to work with you and determine exactly how much to add. He may want you try an adjustable butt plate.

Be sure to stay with it until the end. I would have dropped him at first sight.

Can't get the second video. Connection resets at 99%.
