  1. http://www.therightgun.com/images/guns/gunsA-F/ben015a_lg.jpg i bought mine for 65.00 and no it is not for sale and i thought i got ripped off when i bought it and started to take it back for refund but did not!! this link offers one for free with purchase of a new M1 from them!! or 300 bucks by itself!! benelli pn 80155P cheaper at Tom Knapp site!!
  2. Only adjustments is getting it off your arm and more on your shoulder!
  3. You would probably wanta ask AMMO Bank this question? Depending on which State ya live in would probably answer the legality issue, i know in NM they could care less as long as you were protecting yourself!!
  4. Congrats on the purchase and en$$y tricking it out!!
  5. http://www.trulockchokes.com/chokeidentification.asp why they changed or did a typo is a mystery or ya could email them and ask but the IC will just increase range a tad and maybe they thought that was a player or they had a group of IC tubes and just thru them in? who knows, you can buy the Cyl choke for around 25 bucks. If it is a flush Benelli choke the link above explains the markings and my manual also does but my SBE II manual calls the 5 notch tube a skeet tube? guess cyl and skeet are the same? Basic choke info has some interesting info in it that most everyone could learn from! OEM Tube link http://www.benelliusa.com/customer-service/index.tpl Here is benelli's FAQ link!
  6. 1. No 2 shotguns will pattern the same with same choke tube, close but not the same. Anything primos has built will be of good quality and the pair your talking about i am sure will make you happy. 2. i only own the Jelly Head and happy with it, if i were to go duck hunting i would use hevi-shot and nothing elsebut the set you mentioned, just my prefference and their are a lotta good rounds ya can use with great success!! 3.Most people are shooting lead outta the factory chokes that are full and IM, benelli reccomends steel and hevi shot to be used only in their M,IC & skeet chokes. Aftermarket tubes will specify what they are to be used with ie. steel, hevi-shot, lead! 4. i would not use steel as long as i can afford hevi-shot but the following link explains the benefits of hevi-shot vs steel! http://www.hevishot.com/images/panels/duck/Duck%20Sell%20Sheet.pdf 5. I believe someone said the factory chokes were made by trulock? IM probably depending on round ? lotta factors/variables 3", 3.5", steel,hevi-shot. Lotta people like steel but i would leave it in the truck if i had a box of 3" hevi-shot! Primos 2-pak model # 6896 would do ya good and would not take ya long to figure which round ya liked the best depending on how much $$ ya wanted to spend on ammo. great purchase and let the feathers fly!!
  7. Make sure ya clean it real good before ya shoot it and ya might try pattern work and adjust your fit while your there!! I would be sure not to shoot any light loads until ya shot some heavy loads thru it!! at least 2 or 3 boxes!! Dealer told me shoot 3 boxes of the heaviest loads i intended to ever use for break in, and i did and have had no malfunctions!! ENJOY!
  8. Relax, take deep breath and read manual!! Then read it again!!
  9. http://www.benelliusa.com/customer-service/pdfs/SBE%20II%20Manual.pdf I use a flat tip screw driver or pliers, Great purchase! also be aware that spring will fly very & fast if ya do not keep your hand over cap during removal!!
  10. So you must be an Adminitrator for Benelli Forums?
  11. Seems you mentioned it not shooting as good as another shotgun? Did you pattern this Italian Shotgun or did ya just lock and load and go hunting? If ya did that it would explain your performance. The adjustments mean big changes out to and past 40 yds and ya need to get someone to help ya pattern it with ya that knows how! which is kinda simple but must be done correctly! Should be plenty of hunters in your area that would be glad to help for a few$$ or just read owners manual, i am originally from Arkansas and i have seemed to figure it out (amazing) and good luck!
  12. So did ya get your 11707 or the 11717? M$
  13. 11707 & 11717 per 07 online catalog should still be available both of which are a fixed stock & pistol grip only. Yes they are called M4's
  14. O7 online catalog specifies which models of the M4 are for sale and the atf has no say over these because they comply with 922 ® they quit selling the one the ATF had isssues with a while back and made it LE only if i remember correctly?
  15. This law has been on the books and i assume Benelli has just been getting by under the radar screen? The following laws mentioned earlier are mixed in with the following Laws in the link http://www.atf.gov/firearms/legal/index.htm, big brother can decide to enforce a written Law but ya would think they would have been doing it all along? or am i wrong and did this 922 ® ruling just get updated recently? i do not think it did!
  16. Does not surprise me at all and i feel the worst is yet to come! Country is changing with the times and times are not all that great if ya really look at what has been going on and If ya wanta buy a gun ya better buy it ASAP. New laws will be changing things and why we need them is beyond me because they do not enforce the ones we have on the books to start with. All we need is another gun control act? HR 2640 will probably keep me from even purchasing a gun and only thing i have done is served my country! Hopefully not but from what i read i am probably going on the NICS "DO not sell list" Just for PTSD Diagnosis!
  17. http://www.benelliusa.com/customer-service/index.tpl If choke says it is ok and ya still have reservations and manual does not say just call CS, my SBEII manual states steel is ok for Skeet, IC & Modified and the FAQ link speaks to this same concern! http://www.militec.com/firearms/manual62.html
  18. So does it do pretty good on trap or have ya used on trap range?
  19. Johnny: I have a funny feeling you are not thru talking about it and with your knowledge of American History i am sure you will be corrected more than you could ever imagine! I will not apologize for paying tribute to our Fallen Heros and the Heros that fight for my freedom as we speak. As i would not believe your appologies were sincere since that's all you have done is appologize. I do apologize to Forum for starting a thread that has lead to Johnny's moronic tirade on current affairs, as this was nothing but a Patriotic gesture that seemed to have went south and needs to go away. Johnny if ya feel it needs to escaltate please do it by PM and if ya feel like PM'n me do not bother until ya learn to respect a VET! In other words do not bother!
  20. Any benelli dealer can order these parts, they are in the 07 online catalog so just order the shotgun from them or will they not let ya buy a Tac SN?
  21. Seems it would be cheaper just to buy this one or is this not what you were looking for? PG Stock when ya can find them run about 200+ and an 18" barrel if ya ever did find one would be $$$$ http://www.ableammo.com/catalog/popup_image.php?pID=90958
  22. I watched these guys every evening go Scud Hunting/Close Air Support and all 14 payed the ultimate sacrifice defending our freedom. My thoughts and prayers go out to them and their families. http://www.specialops.org/pu_spirit03.asp. Same goes out for all the fallen heros of OIF & OEF and to their families. Memorial day is a day to pay respect to our fallen troops and honor them for their selfless devotion to duty! The troops serving presently are of the finest caliber that have ever bloused a BDU and require all due respect!!

    Ammo Question

It has been my impression that you had to have a rifled slug barrel to shoot a sabot slug:D http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabot It also says that here down in article! do not shoot slugs too much anymore but pretty sure you can't shoot them in a smooth bore shotgun!
  24. Just a shout out to all in the Big Sandbox! Yall are making us safer here at home by taking the fight to them and I know a lot of people that wish yall a happy Memorial Day!! Take care and stay safe, i was deployed during Desert Shield/Storm 217 days and i know how hard Holidays are being away from family and friends!! Thanks for for serving!!
  25. I would say shoot some 3" Heavy loads for break-in and then try your lighter loads after break in. New Gun i would also call CS see what they tell ya?
