Has the gun ever been cleaned & lubricated ? What has been cleaned and lubed since those 1K rounds were fired? Some of the shells that have issues with feeding are deformed at the bottom of the shell and will not feed properly, you can line them up against other shells and see the difference! Mudhen had a post showing the forum this issue a while back!

Briley Manufacturing has added them to Benelli Super Sports and Cordovas? Have you seen the Version 7 DVD on New Benelli stuff, they had some stuff going on with the Super Sport and Briley and i guess they did some back boring and porting on it and another model? i need to watch some more of that DVD to see what is NEW! My SBEII is a 2003 but has not missed a lick! I broke down and bought a Browning Citori Satin Lightning for the range a while back and it's really nice also!

i have always used a kitchen/butter knife and seems to have worked with out putting an eye out so far !

i do no trick shooting so my bad for thinking you were wanting a dedicated trap gun. my range will throw only 2 at a time only allowing 2 shells to be loaded at a time! Same on skeet range! In my County you can't shoot unless it's on a range! unless you have 300.00 bucks for the ticket!

IMO i would go with a dedicated O/U Range gun if you plan on spending a lot of time on range! That is why i just picked up a Browning Citori Satin Lightning 1099.00 shoots anything and any size and much easier than messing with a pump or Semi. Other shotguns work but dedicated shotgun is SWEET! Wish Benelli made an affordable O/U:)

i paid 65.00 bucks for mine and it's in a nice secure place, AMSEC Cascade Gun Safe NIP, not for sale and will install one of these days! Hard to find item since it's been removed from market and also prices have skyrocketed but not like other parts! Good luck on finding one!

The 2 rifles look different to me, Italian yes but the Benelli MR1 looks like the back end of the M4 and the front end i am still debating? The Beretta RX4 i saw looked like back end of an M4 also but with the telscoping stock model. It looked more like a Beretta vs a Benelli:eek:

Give them an AK, Sig or how about a Barrett, they do need a change of firearm? Better yet just kill all the poppy plants and they could all come home?
