Call Benelli and hit 0 when the automated system picks up, then ask for tech support. The front sight pin on my SuperNova Tactical had some issues with the threads and they are sending me a new one as we speak.

So..how many rounds per year do you put through your Benelli?

My SuperNova is only 7 months old and I allready have 2,000 rounds of game/target loads and another 200 rounds of buck and slugs through it. I clean the barrel after a few boxes and do a full clean/lube after 200 rounds or so. -
I currently have a SuperNova Tactical with a 2 shot extension and love it but I have recently been thinking about picking up a M2 Tactical. This is for basic home defense and clays or plinking no major hunting as of yet. What are the real limits of the inertia driven systems I shoot everything from 2 3/4" game loads to 3" slugs in my SN so what is the M2 picky? Thanks

Just make sure to turn your common sense off.

I tried some of that stuff in my handguns and it's a joke.
-
I have one that is doing nothing but taking up space if you want it it's yours for shipping alone.

I shoot Winchester in all my handguns, rifles and shotguns. As for Federal shotgun ammo specifically I used a few different types and went to all Winchester. One thing I really disliked about the Federal stuff was the wet fireworks smell the powder left on any clothes and in guns.

I love my SuperNova tactical but hate the parts availability with a passion. What I don't understand is that Beretta owns Benelli and both come from Italy yet I can readily find and purchase parts for my Berettas.
-
I beleive the M2, M3, SBE's all share the same size threads on the barrel retaining nut.
-
I actually think it's funny what these go for because they are looks only with terrible function.

Why don't we just ask the guy Dick Cheany shot?

I don't have a M4 but this should be the same accross the board. After I have ran about 1000rds through my SuperNova with Benelli 2-shot extension (tube & spring off M2) the spring hasn't changed that much.

Post your arsenal! (pics of course if not then just say what you have)

Back on subject just use some Winchester Buckshot #00 2 3/4".Even out of my SuperNova tactical it makes a nice pattern just smaller than a basketball at 10-15 yards.

Since we are talking about a 12ga here and not a .22 removing your tube should have no effect even a full disassembley shouldn't disturb anything.
-
Over oiling ruins guns.Even a simple light coat of one for all oil is good enough in most situations.
-
I take you are using a extension that has a barrel clamp on it? If yes it shouldn't be pulling things that hard to force a change in zero installed vs removed.

That was in a single afternoon. And it only came loose once so it might have been that I didn't tighten it good enough to start with too.

In my quest for the perfect combination I have bought several different Benelli extension kits and now have parts left over. I have - (1) M2/SBE Factory limiter plug - (1) Benelli 3-shot extension tube with clamp and spring will need barrel nut to fit SBE/M2 & Nova/SuperNova - (1)M2/SBE barrel retaining nut with sling attachment -

I have a Benelli extension on my SuperNova and it has only come loose once after about 100 shots.

Picatinny rail installation for the M2 and Supernova

Just take your time and notch the plugs to fit a small flat bladed screw driver. -
For someone like a LEO or military it makes room to room sweeps easier and storage simple. To someone like me or most of us other guys it's the "just to say I have it factor" that influences having one. I must also add that for everyday sport and plinking they aren't what you want. They look neat but are very uncomfortable and after numerous shots you will miss a normal stock.

It holds 4+1 with 2 3/4 shells not 3.5 shells.

Please let me know how much you want for this I am pretty sure I will take it.
