Benelli mgmt. has advised that they have zero interest in having volunteer forum members police the spam. Instead the word is "we're working on our spam filters". Considering the price of a replacement M4 barrel (even if Benelli offered a longer M4 barrel for hunting) you could almost afford to buy another shotgun - a complete M4 replacement barrel assembly runs only a couple hundred less than a brand new Benelli M2.

No. There are two and only two options on barrel length for the M4 - the standard barrel and the 14" SBS NFA tax stamp M4.

So functionally and quality-wise you're not seeing any difference other than the finish? In your opinion it's going to hold up as well as the OEM c-stock over the long run?

If the extension is unobstructed for its entire length then I think you're right that the mag spring is interfering with max capacity. I would suggest you get another spring and start cutting it down a little at a time until it's where you want it.

If counting the PG and the telescoping stock as two made in the USA parts, then you would need one more US made part other than the mag tube I'm fairly sure. A US made follower would do it.

You can get your Benelli dealer to order one for you. Sometimes they show up on feebay. Swapping stocks on the M4 without tools is a piece of cake and can be done in about a minute.
