  1. Unknown, no date code on barrel. This is the later (current) version with the larger lug at receiver interface.
  2. Complete 18" barrel assembly with fixed choke still available, make an offer.
  3. Complete new 18" barrel assembly with fixed choke available, make an offer.
  4. It just cycles slower on one piston. Dunno about two broken pistons - I doubt there's enough force to unlock the bolt. Perhaps someone else has some experience with that. Save yourself some grief with spares and buy my new Benelli M1014 (fixed choke) barrel assembly.
  5. Will entertain offers.
  6. New 18" Benelli M4 barrel assembly with fixed choke is still available - $475.00 shipped.
  7. M4 = 7.8 lbs M2 = 6.7 lbs 7.8 lbs isn't 'light'.
  8. For 3 gun I would opt for the M2 over the M4 due to faster handling, JMO.
  9. Tap the two pins of the lifter for screws and put small nylon or delrin washers on the pins secured with screws.
  10. 18" Benelli M4 barrel assembly with removable choke is sold. New 18" Benelli M4 barrel assembly with fixed choke is still available - $475.00 shipped.
  11. My gunsmith called Mossberg about this well known issue (he mentioned to the Mossberg contact all the various online references regarding this) and they denied any knowledge of it. This is an easy and relatively cheap remedy for a competent gunsmith.
  12. All Mossys with the same lifter design are subject to becoming inoperative upon dropping. I had a gunsmith put a permanent fix on my Shockwave after I was able to get the lifter on my Shockwave to fall out of position on the second drop from about 10" onto carpet over a hard floor with no padding. A hard enough blow and that lifter is popping out of position for sure. Jump to 5:40 in this video to see it for yourself.
  13. Be careful not to drop that Mossy, Mossys break VERY easily when dropped from a height as little as 10" from my experience (unless that design defect has been corrected). And if it DOES break when you drop it, DO NOT try to work the slide, correct the problem (pins out of their holes in receiver, to correct, get pins back into appropriate holes in receiver).
  14. One needs to keep one's piece as light as possible for fast handling (not to mention adding length)...JMO. Speed is life. A nanosecond could mean the difference between looking at the grass from the green side or the brown side.
  15. Barrel assembly is still available.
  16. Use a Hoppe's tornado brush with a cordless drill - https://www.brownells.com/gun-cleaning-chemicals/brushes-amp-bore-snakes/bore-brushes/tornado-brushes-prod9791.aspx
  17. Are you anticipating some hand to hand combat??
  18. Aimpoint T2 or H2 is my preferred choice for several platforms.
  19. And FYI, while I don't encourage others to open themselves up to exposure to the potential for real trouble I also don't sell 'compliance' parts and never have. Of course 922(r) shouldn't exist. Again your logic is flawed. It's extremely irresponsible to encourage others to potentially do anything which will draw the attention of Johnny Fed.
  20. It appears your logic is flawed. IF a Benelli M4 with a 'high capacity magazine' and/or a 'collapsible stock' configuration is prohibited from being imported and sold to anyone except military and police in the USA then how does 922(r) not apply to 'neutered' Benelli M4s??? Anyone selling a +2 mag extension for a Benelli M4 should include a 922(r) warning, otherwise they're just greedy looking to sell parts to the willfully ignorant.
  21. PM sent.
  22. I have new M4 barrels for $475 shipped, save over $200.
  23. PMs sent to both of you.
  24. I seriously doubt George Washington would approve of the .gov indoctrination centers created by Rockefeller to crank out dumbed down obedient workers. Look where we are now because of the public fool system.
