Question about Trijicon dual illuminated reflex dot size .
Gmcrigger2007 replied to Gmcrigger2007's topic in Benelli
Thanks, I was just planning on using it for short ranges. Sounds like i maybe better off using an rmr with a battery. The batteries do last a long time . Thank you for your input. -
Question about Trijicon dual illuminated reflex dot size .

I would say that 25yds to 75yds would be about right in my present situation. I have the rm06 and i like it a lot. Just looking to get away from battery red dots . I haven't seen any articles about extreme heat or extreme cold on the dual illuminated red dots. I just may give it a try if i could find one with all that's going on. Thanks for the reply -
Trijicon 's dual illuminated reflex sight looks interesting , do you think the 7.0 dot would be too big ? I was thinking of removing front sight and using this reflex sight as a stand alone.

Are there any known problem parts that are known to breakage and need be kept in one's tool box? -
What i did was I picked up a second trigger group which was a polymer frame so i could leave the original intact which is an aluminum Trigger group and use it as a reference point. So i don't know if the polymer trigger group had problems or not. Now the fit for the change over from the polymer frame to the A & S frame was pretty good. I did it in stages and I used StrangerDanger's instructions which were excellent and very detailed. Also , by doing it this way I satisfy 3 parts for the 922(r) rule ,I think New frame helps too and i could go with a full size magazine tube or go for a extended tube.I haven't decided yet which way to go.

You'll like the A& S frame. I just recently finished my trigger upgrade. Hopefully this weekend I'll get to test it out.

There's a Benelli M4 for sale on gunbroker which is claiming it's a new model 11710 , with extended magazine. there's no mention of it's an L.E. version or not.

I forgot to mention in my last post about the shop with the expensive ammo ,that he also an M4 That i would guess is a LE model. It has the fully adjustable stock & plus 2 extension. I didn't even bother to ask how much he was asking for that. I think he caters to a lot law enforcement people.

Shop by me is asking almost 700$ for a case of 9mm CCI 115gr and almost 600$ for 500rds of Federal 5.56. It’s insane the prices their asking.
