  1. I got the alert from Midwest GW last night after 1am my time that these were finally back in stock. I was going to bed and figured I'd put together an order with it and a few other things in the morning. Already sold out! What the heck? Either they only got like 10 of these in or people are hoarding them. Ridiculous!
  2. There are plenty more on there that have probably never had a US part added.
  3. I figured but I'm sure a lot of these M4's being sold on GB aren't necessarily going to LEO's or departments. I'm guessing that their is no addition of US parts since the LE models weren't meant for the mere mortal. So, peeps that are buying these are purchasing quasi illegal shotguns unless they are in law enforcement. That is if they are NIB.
  4. Just one example: https://www.gunbroker.com/item/870429628
  5. As I see these LE or full mag tube M4's for sale with the C stock on GB; I wonder what is installed in them by Benelli to make them 922r compliant? Or if a civilian purchases these do they posses a non compliant M4 and have to switch parts out ASAP?
  6. On a pistol that's fine. On a long gun it's still typically not hearing safe, especially in doors. Of course you can use subsonics but that will take away from the effectiveness. Then your almost back in the realm of pistol power.
  7. It was a small scratch on the receiver by the stock. It wasn't terrible, a tiny eye sore that aggravated me tremendously since it occurred the first time I took it out. I toyed back and forth with midnight/burnt bronze cerakote or NP3. Then when I finally decided, Robar closed, lol. Then I was about to do the cerakote and that's when SD uncovered Wright Armory. They didn't quote me a turn around time. I think SD's broken down M4 and other parts took 13 weeks or something like that. I believe that they have to wait to get a large enough quantity of customer work /part count in order to make a "full batch" to send in for coating. SD may have had better timing and he sent in a lot more items in than. That could have helped move his work along a bit faster. I am having a Scalarworks Sync mount plated which will host an SRO.
  8. Yep, but I haven't been able to install mine yet. Forester88, which trigger frame do you have, OEM?
  9. Wright Armory is doing the work. What drove me? Me scratching my M4 like an idiot and of course SD. ?
  10. The sbr's are maneuverable but if you uncork one of those without ear pro indoors.....goodbye hearing. Heck even 16" easily permanent hearing damage. It's hard to find the balance between the perfect tool and retaining your hearing in this type of situation. Of, course it's better than becoming a victim.
  11. This one has real NP3 plating not cerakote like the newer H2O's. Still a ton of loot no doubt. SD does a much more thorough plate job on his builds.
  12. Yup that's the one. I think it's been listed at least a couple times and now they got a bite.
  13. I'd help you out but mine is off getting NP3'd. They have had it for almost 4 months now. Also. the prices are insane unless you find one locally. They are selling 2x normal retail on GB. I can tell you I have coveted the M4 for a long time. After many years I finally broke down and got one. It's my first shotgun and I can tell you I have no regrets. Well, no regrets except this forum, motivating me to lift more money out of my wallet to trick it out.
  14. Some guy caught a bid on that 6k legit H2O new in box. Though it's not a sale until it's paid for.
  15. It's good to know that people actually win that stuff. I've always wondered because you never see it announced.
  16. Ahh, I forgot about the 2 round count. My bad. Still seems like a lot of wear on those steps for only 2 rounds though.
  17. It's interesting that the trigger made contact with both "steps". One would think that it would have been aligned with one or the other. I wonder if it was rocking due to the fact that the disconnector pin sheared? Maybe it was rocking for a while after the shear until it finally broke? It almost implies there was "extra" play going on with they trigger. Total speculation on my part of course.
  18. How old is that A&S housing? I'm just wondering if it's from recent production.
  19. Thanks SD. Without seeing the muted and this side by side do you think one is more close to NP3 than the other? It’s hard to tell from CC’s photo. Their muted looks lighter and shiny. Sometimes it’s hard to tell depending on the lighting. When the cerakote guy sent me a photo it looked exactly the same as it did when I gave it to him. I was like huh was it even painted? When I saw it in person for the first time it looked much lighter and I was like wow that looks pretty good.
  20. First world problems here. I had this CC Ti tube cerakotes to match Real NP3 H2O. I was considering just ordering a muted CC tube but I think this looks pretty damn good. Here it is shown next to an NP3 plated part. Since I’ve never held a muted tube in hand I can’t compare. Should I get a muted instead or does this One match NP3 better? Would finish durability be a factor in the decision making? This is cerakote and the muted is bead blasted, more durable I would imagine. I’m torn.
  21. They may make it but it's still different than the Agency one. I wonder if it's a drill and tap?
  22. I didn't seem them on brownell's. Maybe I missed it.
