Order them on job basis. Your best option for individual items through a reliable supplier is McMaster-Carr. If I am trying to put a hole or threads into something hard to replace, I am using good tools.

I gots one that pretty new.

Good stuff Mr @benelliwerkes! I based that tool I made off of the official Benelli M4 tool: Had I known it was tough to get apart, I would have designed it another manner.
-
So played with this today and these pistons take a ton of force to take apart!
-
They are not interchangeable either.

Ran into development hiccups, it was jamming up my gun like 50% of the time. So it is in redesign right now.

There are 3 rear aperture sights for the M3; all of them are pretty straight forward. Just unscrew the side sight screw and the sight will fall out with the spring. Drop the spring in the new sight and reverse.

You are mistaken. The 2 3/4" shells are that long when spent. They are typically 2 1/2" in length because of the different crimps and manufacturers. So 2.5 x 7 = 17.5 inches.

I don't even think you can build it for less than $3000 now. The refinishing is like $1000+ and only through like one vendor in the entire country. The process is slow and from a recent member's refinishing, a bad experience too. Despite this expensive cost, that isn't even what is a turn off me. Instead it is how much of a meme the Benelli h2o has become. How the later ones were just Cerakote'd (and a bad incomplete job as well) but still retained the confusing name. You really need a keen eye to spot out a real one.

Unpopular opinion: H2Os are overrated.

Benelli M4 -- Receiver Extension Removal/Reinstallation Guide

Yup hand tight. On the other guns, you just apply thread locker and bottom out the threads. There is literally no way to torque those completely smooth tubes (and these are typically aluminum). -
After 5 months finally got trigger back from NP3 plating.

I dig it but that is way too long. -
This is correct. The drop lever has an extra hook that will load a shell when you rack.
-
Benelli Armi seriously needs to change the notches and add more. It would probably take them like less than 20 minutes to do. It is so infuriating how unusable the middle position is.?
-
Yes tis a fully functional five position recoil tube prototype that has been in design development for many months. @StrangerDanger has previewed a ton of the pre-design work. You get: -14" length of pull, descending in 1/2" (12mm) increments -13.5" -13" (my most comfortable shoulder length) -12.5" -all the way compact

It doesn't lock at the 45°. That is just to slide it or disassemble; in your case it is for disassembly only.
