tucker301 Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 I just saw the new intro on the website. I must admit, this is a HUGE improvement over that old Vinci intro. I'd like to shake the hand of the master engraver. I don't think I could have kept a steady hand on those curves! Quote
Novaking Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 You'd be done "engraving" in 5 seconds. Quote
jon.benton Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 You'd be done "engraving" in 5 seconds. Hmmmm...5 seconds? My, aren't we the optimist... Quote

tucker301 Posted December 7, 2009 Author Posted December 7, 2009 The elusive woodcock flushed from the bush, I quickly swing my gun through and ahead of the target so that my load will find its mark at the crest of the ridge. Man! I love Outdoor writing! Quote
Duggan Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 Wow, that just gave me a flashback like crazy ... Jamie from sophomore year biology class ... was an "ex" stripper with lots of tattoos, and she liked me, and my video camera. Quote

Take 'em Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 Is the new release a 28ga auto? I think thats a good guess. The receiver does have a "28" on it. Cant wait to see what it is. They did an awesome job on the intro!! Quote
hognutz Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 I got an email from Benelli and they said it weighed less than 5 lbs. and was of a gauge that most sportsman would find a delight to shoot. One would have to assume that it is a 28 ga. I don't believe that they would put a ''28'' on the receiver if it was a .410 or a 20. Quote
M1014 Posted December 7, 2009 Posted December 7, 2009 a great intro to another one of there fine shotguns. Quote
Matt D Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 What gun? Was there a gun in that new intro? Quote
GoBow Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Saw this somewhere else... http://www.benelli.it/Articoli/Armi.asp?ID=980 Quote
tucker301 Posted December 8, 2009 Author Posted December 8, 2009 Each gun ships with a factory test pattern. Quote
OhioM4 Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I declare thread drift! You guys went from hot chicks, to the actual gun (I followed the link and was disappointed at the lack of additional Italian babes), and finally end up with an old guy that got shot in the face. GET BACK ON TOPIC! P.S. If the first picture is M1014's significant other I retract any snide comments about his collection of engraved works of art. Quote
Duggan Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 It's not true unless you post it. That would probably get me banned, and I like it here. Quote
SgtCathy Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 So... exactly how do I get all this ink off my skin ??? Quote

HOGWILD Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I kinda liked the Vinci Intro, even though it was a year old it never got old:p Quote
hognutz Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 So... exactly how do I get all this ink off my skin ??? That would be my job!! It takes a lot of rubbing and caressing. It can really be a quite a task, but I am up to it... Quote
OhioM4 Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 Each gun ships with a factory test pattern. In Cheney's defense...the dude does somewhat resemble a turkey. Quote
