Kaiser
Hello all, I just purchased a few of these as an alternative to a traditional side saddle. Has anyone been utilizing these or a similar product and if so, thoughts on Velcro application and long term serviceability.

I had the same velcro loop on the receiver for almost 2 years and about a month ago I peeled it off so I could get the receiver engraved and although it was really on there it came off with no residue left behind and no discoloration or damage to the receiver. If really worried about it, you can sweet talk it off with acetone as you peel it back.

D'zaster
I finally got around to installing the Esstac card this AM. Made a cut for the pin.

Exiledviking
I've got one Esstac 5 round card mounted. Just bought a 6 round VangComp card to try as it's supposedly a better piece. We'll see.

The 7 round card is nice, but 7 extra rounds is pretty heavy.

I'll be running the 5 round card on my M1 and the 6 round on my M4. The good news is that one can always cut down to one or two spare rounds only on the card.
