  1. Oh snap, you are right. This situation needs to be immediately rectified in order to preserve the purity of our lord and majesty.
  2. The gun has likely never been loaded. Unloaded guns with the safety off pose no threat.
  3. Great deal.
  4. Quoted for my own reasons.

If I was a southerner I probably would too ... but in NY, the less visible guns the better, thus the pistol stays on the hip/in the center console, while all longarms still in the trunk where the po po will never get to see them without probably cause, which they will never get.

I see. Do you do that for legal reasons, safety reasons, appearance reasons, personal reasons? ... just curious, as I personally have never used and never plan on using a gunlock of any type ... heck, if my rifle makes it into the case, I consider it going a step above and beyond. Plenty of my guns, m4 included, don't even have a case. If I need to move them, they go unloaded, caseless into my trunk. To each their own, I was just curious.
  7. I want a choke that gives me a 45* angle of shot dispersion, so that when I bumpfire 9 rounds of 3.5 inch magnum #9 birdshot in the intruders general direction it will really blind the **** out of him, and when he falls to the ground with sand all up in his eyes, I will go up and poke him repeatedly in the sides with a stick until he cries uncle and the police arrive to save him from my vicious tickle torture.
  8. The m4 shoots skeet just fine, the matter is whether or not you are good at using ghost ring sights.
  9. Well ... honestly, what type of person is unable to aim in a crisis situation? I mean, you know how you handle stress better than I do, but when I am confronted with a life or death situation I get a huge adrenaline dump, muscles tense, and I sure as heck am more focused than normal at accomplishing what needs to get done ... I don't think aiming would be a problem, I would imagine getting blood to my hands might be a problem, as I would be grabbing and aiming the gun so hard ...
  10. Tags for Duggan hunting are free. My house is the only legal area to hunt. Out of state permits are welcome if you are willing to travel here. You must be armed and present a clear and lethal threat when you enter Duggan's land. Duggan is allowed to fight back. All are welcome, come one come all.
  11. Just the wedding, and the fact that kip cut half his hand off awhile back.
  12. The matter is whether or not your m4 will cycle the birdshot, not whether or not it will hurt the gun. Some m4s don't cycle birdshot well at first, for whatever reason. Test out 25 rounds or so before you go to avoid embarrassment if you want.
  13. Touche, good sir. I also choose to refrain from doing intentionally destructive things ... at least on weekdays.
  14. Recoil proof eh? I'd like to see you shoot a 577 T-Rex

    New to the M4

You mean this? No, it's not mine, but I am currently starting a project similar to this ... also that is on the side of the HG, not the bottom.

    New to the M4

Full length tube and spring are first priority ... the gun is neutered until you got them. After that, I personally would hold off until you shoot the gun a bit and find out what you feel it needs ...
  17. Pretty much. It's just beefed up and stronger in lots of areas, things were redesigned for the gas pistons, etc ... if you can afford it, I think you will be very happy with an m4. And m2 is a fine weapon, but it's no M4 ... unless your intended use is for 3gun or something, then people seem to prefer the m2 for longer barrel and more magazine capacity. Also, pick one ... Abrams M1A2 or armored car?
  18. I was just having some fun with you bro. Now go cry to your momma, with your super sensitive self.
  19. Yes, remove as much LOP as I can ... if possible, make it as short as a mid length collapsed stock, but that might interfere with the bottom thread screw thing ... I don't know how short to make it yet, I need an extra stock first before I worry about it.
  20. For great justice.
  21. http://acs.lbl.gov/ImgLib/COLLECTIONS/BERKELEY-LAB/RESEARCH-1991-PRESENT/MATERIALS-SCIENCE/index/96703427.html The receiver is of course an alloy of some sort, but alloys don't make pretty crystals like pure aluminum ... at least I don't think. I spent most of chemistry class junior year drooling over the little blond cheerleader who sat in front of me, and I cheated my way through most of my labs. I never did hook up with her, but I got with her friend, who was also hot, but not a cheerleader ... where is this story going again? I lost my train of thought.
  22. There is nothing to say. Spitting shells onto the ground is a catastrophic failure of the feeding system. This means either the gun is broken or the user is operating it wrong ... and pump shotguns are about as easy as it gets to operate, so I'd be willing to bet the gun is broken. Spitting shells onto the ground is NOT normal. It means that the lifter is broken, out of timing, the tab is bent, etc, but something is physically wrong with the gun and needs to be addressed. I would bring it back to my gun dealer, pronto, and ask for a refund. Explain the catastrophic failure to the dealer and make him give you your money back. You want to avoid having to send the gun to Italy to get it looked at, as this not only takes time, but according to some on here Benelli even makes you pay for the $75 shipping or so it takes to ship a gun to Italy. A much better option would be to get a refund from the dealer and get a different gun ... perhaps the same model, but be sure to verify function before you walk out the door. Sorry to say it, but you've got a broken gun ... unless somebody can give a rational explanation of why the lifter is failing to drop and lift the shell when pumped ... either way, I would not put my faith in a gun that randomly drops shells on the ground, and I don't see the point in owning an unreliable gun.

    Breech Lock

Just curious ... why do you use breech locks?
