This is weird.I broke my M4 in with about 100-125 00 buck and rifled slugs from Federal and now I shoot the cheap Wally world Federal 100 packs no issues what so ever.As Duggan said make sure its clean and oiled thats all I can say.

I've looked at the fab arm but havent made the jump since I can't see me realistically using all those rails. I have a tlr-2 mounted on a laserlytle trirail,funny thing I only use the one mount for my light laser combo, on my M4 and am more than happy. I also wasn't sure about the rails getting in the way when shooting. Either way if you do get one post a review.

The M4 is the s**t period. I have owned the M1 and M3, and shot my buddies M2 tactical and absolutley love my M4 over any other shotgun.Plain and simple. And btw what if I have a Corvette, a big ass Chevy truck, an M4 and am buying a CLS Benz for the wife. Not only does my wife say I'm packing but so does yours.haha.

Very interesting ideas. Personally I prefer the collapsible stock. Middle postion is the sweet spot.

Im not sure on the prices, but I bet the demand to resell the Benelli is greater then reselling the Mossberg. I would only trade if you wanted to keep the other gun.

You can use a red dot but it defintley will not cowitness with iron sights like it would with and AR-15. As Duggan said its one or the other. Best of luck.

I know people consider this stock expensive, but until our good friend cleefurd produces some aftermarket stocks, he will most likely sell the stock for his asking price. I think the stock is a must have accesory, but I agree things are getting pretty crazy in the gun market on everything.

You can purchase the Benelli oem tube off of gunbroker.com that will allow it to collapse. My only advice on gubnbroker is research the sellers feedback. Best of luck to you.

Sorry to see you are selling your M4. Hopefull you are not leaving the Benelli family all together. Best to you on your sale and I would advise you post some tagged pics and a price.

If it is the 11707 model # M4, it should be able to collapse the stock in 3 positions. Full length of pull, middle position, and all the way closed.If it is a M1014 model you will have to get the positions millled by a competent gunsmith.Btw you must depress the button and turn the stock to the right as pushing forward to collapse it.

Personally I prefer the +2 oem Benelli extension, not to get anyone riled up. I could see paying like 150-250 for a +2 ext on GB. Are you sure it was not the oem full length tube?

M2 tacticals have gone up drastically and are just as hard to find in my area as the M4. M2's are fantastic weapons although my personal preference is the M4, but with me the price of a new shotgun was not a determing factor. It just seem like everything has gone up from guns, bullets, to gas lately.

I have a Streamlight Tlr-2 light laser combo mounted on a laserlyte tri rail shotgun mount on my M4. I would highly recommend it.Will try and post a pic when I get a chance.
