  1. The idea that the choke may be distorting the wad was the idea behind this post. I’ve been using a modified choke thus far, had thought about changing to a improved cylinder choke.
  2. I understand your point......doesn’t seem to work with Safari
  3. What is everyone running with flight control shells?
  4. Photobucket can lick my.........Imgur is what you seek
  5. Would like to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.I hope your year was prosperous and thankful. Well wishes for an even better 2018.Thanks to all that provide to the information pool here.
  6. One of the key points that make the Shockwave and Tac14 work so well is the grip. A pistol grip on a 12 ga simply sucks.
  7. Installing these in the stock work much better and they are near flush.....no snags https://blackrifle.co/products/noveske-quick-detach-flush-mount-black?gclid=Cj0KCQiAl8rQBRDrARIsAEW_To-AfMl_VuGwo31fme9AHNN87EnC7nDpOQ0RaIp4pcqK2_zh5upJmQ8aArp5EALw_wcB
  8. Im not doubting your thoughts on this. I am simply interested in this. Had never thought a mag tube would be a variable. Your thoughts on this are VERY eye opening. The barrel is expanding due to the heat. The titanium is less effected by heat, if the tube is a variable, this is it.
  9. Some very interesting thoughts being proposed. Did similar metals do have different thermal expansion rates. I really cant get my head around how a Ti tube could dramatically distort the barrel.
  10. Very sweet. A 1911 gunsmith buddy has a few SBSs. Chopping the barrel 4” makes a huge difference
  11. Wow........would live to put a few shells through that! congrats
  12. A related side question. Does anyone know at what date Benelli started using the alloy trigger guard assembly? thanks
  13. So this anomaly goes away when the FFT fire control group is in the A&S guard. Is there still an issue with the FFT fire control group in the Benelli aluminum guard?
  14. Whish I could have gotten pics of faces when I showed up with a camo Vinci!
  15. No i know know a guy who works at the ATF He stated they do not have the resources, energy or desire to track down 922r violations Think of them as “add on” charges that is all, do what you will, I don’t care As for me, I don’t think I will give anyone fuel for a fire. I like my butt exactly as it is, I would not care much for prison
  16. I don’t see it as a problem. We all learn the anomonalies of weapons at some point. I thought the same exact thing a while ago
  17. No poblems with the part at all. the issue is a KNOWN anomaly with the Benelli, NOT a trigger guard.
  18. Ran a QD receptacle like this a few years ago and hated it i routinely bumped it in and out of the safe.
