  1. New, never inserted KZ Benelli M4 Oversized charging handle. It's about a 1/2 on the end of the knob. It closely mimics the OEM handle but larger with some nice knurling. 2. Interesting. I didn't know that existed. I bit and have a J Kenny on the way. We'll see if I have to play musical bolt release buttons. I'm not going to Dremel the receiver. If it doesn't fit I'll try and source a different spring. Otherwise, resell city.
  3. Is that an OEM part or something you've fabricated?
  4. I've bought some stuff from them from time to time. It's Optics Planet's version of walmart.
  5. I've been looking at those. They have some nice options.
  6. I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on one. I figure it will take a while to land here. Those shells look like they insert so smoothly. It seems the only resistance is the mag tube spring. I am a little concerned about how long the latch spring (under the release button) will last. I would imagine it would take tons of loading and depressing before that thing goes. Also it appears the release button sits higher but that might just be the angle. The screw compatibility with GG&/FFT buttons is probably the thing that worries me the most.
  7. I really don’t want to Dremel my receiver so the spring can clear. Also the thread width looks huge for most after market oversized bolt release buttons GG&G, Briley, FFT & TTI. I don’t know how that is suppose to work. Maybe it’s an optical illusion. It could be that the diameter is smaller to accommodate the girth of the spring. Hence making the threaded area seem wider. The post also does not have a raised cut out to engage the button. I know they make some comment that the post won’t rotate but what of the button? I do like that the post and main part of the shell latch are all one cnc’d piece.
  8. I think FFT might have have one or two left on their site.
  9. Has anyone seen the newest gadget from J Kenny? Not that new I guess. I recall their fancy lifter having mixed reviews. https://www.j-kenny.com/product/2-piece-shell-latch-benelli-m2-by-j-kenny-co/
  10. What did you use/do to grind down each side of the OEM shell latch button?
  11. I'm trying to find a reasonably priced soft case. I have cheap cases and I have Pelican Storm cases. I just want a soft case that's decent in the $35-$70 range. The Storm case is great for serious transport but its like putting a coffin in your vehicle for a ride to the club or range. Also looking for a few more soft cases in this range for various things. I like the rectangular cases as well since they can be a bit more discrete.
  12. Thanks. That's not too bad. I assume it does not make contact with the receiver when pressed.
  13. $120.00 shipped. First Class with tracking.
  14. Thanks for posting this. How pronounced is the convex/domed shape? The Nordic Components button doesn't look too bad either.
  15. This ^^^^^^ It would be great to see how it looks installed. B parts doesn't show a photo of that on his website.
  16. This looks like what Benelli parts uses on their oversized bolt release. He's tapping the oem shell latch and I think he's using this Benelli oem Super Black Eagle II button. I like that it's a Benelli made part. Not that crazy about the domed shape though. For $15 I might give it a shot. I just have to find out the thread pitch. https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/b60101
  17. What’s up with that bolt release button. ? I’m not sure if I like it or not. It kind of looks like a button off an old man’s sweater.
  18. I haven't seen that page before on BFG. Do you have a link? I can't seem to find it in the site. I know its just their regular sling but I want to check it out anyway.
  19. I figure that people aren’t going to keep changing out buttons. Eventually they’ll settle on one and the other will just collect dust. Why not sell it and recoup part of your cost? The FFT bolt release kits are a little steep.
  20. I think he’s made comments in his weekly videos about not doing one offs. Or, mixing and matching finishes etc.
  21. Com'on rectangle button people. I know you have those round examples just sitting on the bench or in the parts bin. You're not going to use them. $50.00 lets go! ?
  22. Here is the fine sir's work. Copy of M4 Accessory Weights.xlsx
