Ultra Light Bolt Link Breaking Hard to Find Replacement

Have other had problems with the bolt link breaking and having trouble finding a replacement? The link appears to be a cast part. I've checked the link to suppliers from Benelli and part is shown discontinued.

Is this what your looking for;   What are you doing with the gun to break this?  I have worked on more than 800 Benelli's, never replaced one of these.

The olders ones aren't made like the riveted ones. you can interchange them.

True, the older guns came out with a cast link that would occasionally break, same with the original Super Black Eagle (I've seen 4-5 broken parts over the years). Probably why the part was redesigned to use 3 sandwiched/rivets steel flat sections.

Yep, had a friend break two on his original SBE.  Last replacement was the newer stamped steel riveted version.  He hasn't broken it since.  He was mostly shooting geese with 3 inch mags.  My older M1's still have the cast version.  So far, so good on them.

I must have been just really lucky. I've owned my SBE since ~1995 and it has the cast one. I generally shoot over 100 3.5" per year, probably double that in 3". I guess there is/was a problem though if they redesigned them.

I have an older Super Black Eagle as well, no problems. The Ultra Light isn't even comparable to the SBE in age or shots.

I have an Ultralight 12 gauge.  Took my gun apart for a cleaning and discovered the link was broken (it is the cast type).  I only ever shoot field loads, maybe 5 3'' since I bought the gun.  This part should be replaced free of charge, definitely a defect during the manufacturing process.
