hey man ,,hope all is well,,gotta remove the buttpad first,,then get a 13mm socket and remove the nut in the buttstock thats holding your stock on the reciever,,once the nut is removed then pull off the stock,,try it

your still alive,,thought maybe to many birds got ya-----------

originally it was lock in fully open,lock in fully closed,,and a take off mode,,very unsafe position,,that was then.

the m2 is cheaper,but the M1014 is way better in all respects.

so this is where the fun is,,yeah

mag ex is a must,,thats the first thing that goes on,,if ya can't afford a factory one then theres others that will fit,,just get one.

check your ammo for out of roundness,bad cartridge rims etc,,, or lack of lube on the the rails or bolt head,,caution,,saftey on ,,,,load a round thru the ejection port and slam the bolt closed,,if it locks up then it could be a worn firring pin spring or pin,,,if it don;t,,,check your bolt head or bolt head pin,,for wear,,or your recoil spring is going,I don;t shoot from the hip but that won't stop your M1014 from firring and neither will your optics..this weapon is made to fire in all condtions and positions.
