  1. Tha's what I'm talking about! Thanks for the details.
  2. I know. I was just having some fun. Besides, I wanted to see if you were a pass-thru spammer or a real member. I guess time will tell if you came here to promote the business or if you came to participate. So, what are the rates? What's provided? What are the license fees for non-residents? Let's do it here so everyone can get the information at once, and save on their phone bills.
  3. There are hills in Kansas?!
  4. Hodgdon's Data for Hevi-shot I don't think hevi-steel is available in bulk yet.
  5. There are at least a couple of Itahca cantilevers on ebay right now.

  8. Beretta made some of the finest rocks there were, but I didn't realize they put serial numbers on them [ 03-24-2006, 01:56 PM: Message edited by: tucker301 ]
  9. My FBI files are sealed. Part of the deal we worked out. They don't talk about me - I don't talk about them

    Ultra Light

Obviously, recoil is going to be relevant to the loads you use, but I'd expect this gun to kick plenty, based on how my SBEII will thump you. For hunting purposes, I don't think you'll notice recoil with a rooster in your sights, but a round of trap or clays could make you think about it more. An aftermarket Limbsaver or similar is going to be a hot item with this one. Did you see the factory pad? Almost nothing
  12. That makes him another clueless gun salesman. http://www.trulockchokes.com/interchange.htm
  13. The Nova's slug barrel is a cantilever barrel. This means that the barrel already has the scope base made onto it. Standard Weaver style cross slot rings will be all that you need with this style of slug barrel. You can see a picture of the barrel on the Barrels, Stocks, & Accessories Page
  14. I don't want to hear it from you, amigo! Did you not have an invitation?
  15. As others have stated, the two guns are made in two different companies/countries. The materials used to make the 2000 are markedly different from those in the Benelli, and I'm sure the entire manufacturing process is different as well. Just handling the two guns makes this obvious to just about anyone this side of Stevie Wonder. It's not really accurate to even compare the two head to head and to talk about differences. It's not an apples to apples situation. They both function on the same principle - THAT'S IT. Just like a Yugo and a Lexus function on the same principles. It's not the priciple, it's the materials, manufacturing processes, craftsmanship, and overall QC that make the difference. People who buy a M2000 thinking they're getting a gun similar to the SBEII, but for less $$$ are fools, and you know what they say about fools and their money
  16. PM sent.
  17. SBEII flawless after two waterfowl seasons. FYI, the functional systems of the SBEII and M200 are not identical. Benelli usees a stainless steel recoil tube and spring mounted in the stock. Stoeger uses a steel coil spring over the mag. tube. This is just one difference.
  18. http://www.benelliusa.com/firearms/sbe2-specs.tpl Model numbers on the left of the chart. It would also be on the box, if you got one. Welcome to the fold.
  19. I honestly never see either bead when wingshooting - at least not consciously anyway. Both eyes opened, swing through the target, bang.

    SBEII RECOIL

Not on the mag cap model. They also have a limiter plug model, but you'll need to tell them the specific length (measure the factory plug) for the weapon.
  21. I'm not saying
  22. Here's the view from my office. They're out there every day. 4 mature gobblers in the group. One obvious boss.
  23. Cut a wooden dowel to length and use that until your plug arrives.

How some people even find the Internet to begin with is beyond me Google it!
  25. I just hope we have a duck season. Why can't this dammed flu infect something useless, like largemouth bass? http://www.pandemicflu.gov/
