I am sure you could raise the front sight, just put some small washer under it and the mount. By turning the rear "down" you mean you are raising (elevating) the rear sight, correct? Regards, d

I have a M1 folding stock kit from there that I am retrofitting to one of my supernovas. I will post pics when done.

Oh that is classic Unobtanium, There are a few manufacturers out there, most important is check the lengh and make sure the threads are a true straight cut and not modified acme (or at least a very good modified acme.) Regards, -d
