So, you are telling me something that can't penetrate 3/4" of sheetrock will knock a 240# man in a leather jacket down for the count? That is like me saying "My car is awesome! It isn't capable of going over 70, so I can't get tickets. But I bet it would DESTROY your Supra from a highway punch!" It is a complete contradiction. Yes, birdshot HAS worked before, but more often than not, it doesn't. ESPECIALLY when clothing with some "give" is involved, such as a thick winter jacket worn loosely. In fact, I am going to do some testing to this effect if I can find a heavy coat that doesn't fit me anymore. I will use a heavy coat and soaked phone-books. We just got new phone books today.

My post was a joke, not to be taken seriously.

Factory: M1, M3, M4 Collapsible stocks for sale
Unobtanium replied to Mike Grasso's topic in Benelli
There is no real timeframe on this item the way I understand it. Kip is trying to get the tubes/rail/chokes/breecher device/a few other unique items, etc. out. A titanium stock really doesn't offer an "advantage" over the stock Benelli one and the cost of it would preclude it being THAT much cheaper than the stock Benelli version. Something like $6-700 per Ti stock IIRC was the projected price. Not enough to matter when you can buy a Benelli one that works just fine. Again, the above is based just on what I gather. Kip will confirm/correct/deny I am sure. -
From what I understand, even at the highest levels of government, #7 birdshot has been effectively used in an anti-personel role. Dick Cheney is an authority on this.

Next weekend I will be comparing OOO, OO, O, #1, and #4 buck at 25 and 50 yards.

I am glad my Benelli M4 is not so rigidly inflexible by design. -

Not Kip, but, Ti stocks are "on hold" and the choke "thingy" is going to be sent off for ano at the same time as the rails. Sorry Kip, just got to this thread right after sending the PM. Did not know that this was already addressed. PS>Get some rest man! -

Mine has developed a lot of FTFire's of late. I pull the trigger and just get a "click". I rack the bolt back and there is an empty chamber. I finally traced the problem to it's source. My wallet. -
Really suprised noone has bought this yet.

Hold the weapon firmly against the shoulder. Lube the BCG WELL. Lean into it aggressively when firing. Try this and report back. I am almost certain that unless it is caked in grime, your issue will be resolved.

New M4 w/Mepro's avg. Dealer Price around $1650+Tax (IF! you have a dealer who LIKES YOU A LOT!) @ $200 SOCOMguy's mag tube. $700 collapsible stock, LNIB, IF you get a great deal. Most for for $800+. So...Lets see. $2300 for a $2550 weapon, and that $2550 assumes that you are friends with everyone who sells you a part to it. -

I'm glad M4's don't have such fickle temperments. I run 1145fps 1-1/8oz STS Target loads through mine all the time. Or 3" slugs. Whatever. -

IIRC you had a 4-port design which was a faulty design. -
Ditch the KL4 and get a KX2C. You will thank me. The F04 diffuser will compliment the KX2C nicely as well.

How much was there? On mine, it was caked into almost every thread, all the way around. If the top pic is what it looked like just after removal, you got about 20%, maybe less, of the amount mine had. -
I meant in OEM, From Benelli form. Sure you could have a black one done professionally and it would be great, but it was my impression the OP wanted one from Benelli (hence asking about buying the stock and not about getting a black one modified).

Does this item exist outside of photo-shop?

Oh sick burn. I checked mine again. 1200W baby! Maybe they put more goo on mine. Who knows. I doubt there is a "spec" for how much of that crap they put on the tube. Depends on who put it on there and what kinda day they were having. -

Why don't you scroll down a couple of posts and buy that one then. $1400. If that one is already sold, there are tonnes of other M4's in similar condition for sale all over the 'net at that price. -

*On a serious note, both my M4's took a little more work than that. I have a 1000* heat-gun and I had to roast her, twist, roast, twist, etc. -

+1 Also, I have not had any trouble from 2.75 dram up to 3" magnum slugs. 1100 owners always seem to be whining about their remmy's not cycling birdshot and the like. The collapsible stock fixes the long LOP issue. Why don't you just read page one of this board? There are several M4's for sale at killer prices. Also, in all the time I have been here (after the 11707 2-port came out), I have only heard/seen one or 2 guys complaining about issues with their M4's. They were minor issues at that, and some of them no doubt caused by the user.
