Benelli M4 -- Trigger, Disconnector and Hammer Disassembly
M2_shootr replied to StrangerDanger's topic in Benelli
The only thing that is a bit incorrect is the pin retainer type. The video shows the wire spring type, not the clip that is removed and installed with c-clip plyers.- 104 replies

Yes Sir,......looks to be getting a lot of attention.

Did little to nothing........did dissipate flash a small amount, did nothing for muzzle rise. Complete waste of funds.

Saw both the Pro Mag and the ATI stocks in a shop in Kansas City. Those interested, do yourself a huge favor, get the Benelli stock! 5x the quality of the Pro Mag and ATI

I'll stick with the Benelli stock. It is comparatively priced, looks a heJJ of a lot better & is better engineered. -
Well,........look at it this way. He has freed himself from the demons that haunted him. While there were other option, this was his choice. Try to find peace in that. My friend Chris did not leave a note. He left a wonderful wife and a 9 month old son. We have a few thoughts, but never have been able to sort out the answer. I wish I could have helped him, wish I could have prevented it. It was his choice, I still miss him.

Thought this may be useful to some here. M1014 manual from the Marines http://www.militec-1.com/firearms/manual.html

Ed, The receiver is drilled and tapped. Those plugs need to be driven from the inside out. Strip your receiver, tap them out with a drift, I believe I used a 5/32" drift. OpticsPlanet carries an EWG receiver rail for Benelli semi-autos. There are others available, you will just have to search to find one that suits your needs/budget.

Got the TruLock today for the M4......I did mod it a slight bit though. I had no use for the sharp mid-evil end, knocked off the tips. http://www.trulockchokes.com/get-cho...kes=See+Chokes

remove trigger group, Drift out rearward most roll pin (spring and detent may pop out of top hole), Tap upside down to get tension off switch, Pull out switch on opposite side. Did you remove the detent?

Sounds effective, but a I would not want a permanently installed device on my M4

Don't see those SuperNova collapsable stocks very often,........nice!
-
Google "collapsible stock Benelli SuperNova" This video sucks, but it gives you an idea of what the proper stock looks like and it's part number
-
The fire control group trigger guards are shaped differently. Square peg,.......round hole!
-
Wow,......that was dearly helpful. You must be proud of yourself.
