  1. That is a nice case. I really like the "coffin-style" opening, where the lid flips open without weight on it. I have a Viktos case like that and it's really a nice feature.
  2. Feedback? Ok! $118 each + shipping? Deal! I'll take 2, that's a reasonable price to replace a plastic part that holds the WHOLE freakin' gun together! No ribs is fine by me as well, I like unique and just bare titanium, it's a pleasant color. Any ballpark estimate on delivery time?
  3. So, what kind of timeline are you looking at for these Robb? (tapping fingers)
  4. Again, no offense was meant.
  5. Wow... no offense but that's super anal retentive, lol, for something like that I just find a shade of lacquer nail polish and call it good. It doesn't have to be an EXACT match, but that's just me; no one would ever know anyway.
  6. Correct, an 11 gram gain over OEM with a huge gain in durability of a critical part; it is, after all, holding the gun together. Well worth it IMO, I'd take two.
  7. The difference between the titanium and polymer and is 11g and 19g vs aluminum. Those are negligible to me for a big increase in durability; my vote is for titanium.
  8. Well, keep us posted on what you find, I was seriously considering getting one and am curious if damage after limited use is common, thanks!
  9. Reading these comments, y'all just talked me out of a 1301.
  10. https://www.blitzkriegcomponents.com/benelli-shotgun-sight-posts.html Is the front sight, the rear I am not sure of.
  11. I'd rather have raw Ti than all black or OEM color.
  12. Yea, if you stretched the range out to 50 yards you'd have some misses but at 15 yards any one of those is "graveyard dead".
  13. There's a couple/few dozen on gunbroker alone right now. Purchasing is pretty straightforward, you bid or "buy it now", pay for it, choose your FFL and pick it up when it arrives. Of course you should notify them and then you have to pass the NICS check at your dealer. At least that's how it is in "free-state America". You may have additional hoopty if you're behind the blue state curtain.
  14. What Ben said, I think it was just an observation and not directed at you personally; in forums people occasionally drive-by, ask a question and are never seen again. I found the thread interesting. Welcome, stick around, ask questions and post away!
  15. That's interesting Doge and I truly don't understand. Isn't a spring a spring? As long as it's the correct length I'd think any one would work in any gun as long as it's 12 gauge diameter.
  16. Gunbroker $1099 https://www.gunbroker.com/item/924446627 Welcome, post pics we love pics!
  17. Call me crazy, but what he is holding in the picture doesn't look anything like part #39. I don't have a Vinci so I'm no expert but what he has looks like a shipping tab. I can't imaging there'd be easily breakable plastic parts in the chamber; I could be wrong.
  18. No, the heat shield doesn't make it MORE prone to rust than normal, it's just that you can't see under the shield well and removing it you will eventually scratch the bluing. I have 2 Mossberg's with shields and I got them Cerakoted as well because of that issue. An old saying is, "guns have 2 enemies, rust and politicians".
  19. Yes, the tolerances are so close on mine that it will only fully seat when I screw on the mag cap. It has loosened up a bit but it still needs the cap, I didn't remove any washers. I know for sure there won't be any play in it, you might try putting a dab of oil on it.
  20. Hmmm... looks like a shipping protective piece that was meant to be removed before firing, does your manual say anything about it?
  21. That is 120 yo technology, though effective. The problems are, they're a pain to get on and off and unless you remove them you cannot see clearly if rust is forming on your barrel. Briley's handguard wraps nearly around the barrel, and is relatively easy on and off as it utilizes the OEM handguard mounts. Here's a pic, mine is Cerakoted.
  22. Last week I ordered an A&S Engineering trigger guard for my M3, I love the ones I have on my M4's. A&S called me and said that Benelli had recently changed the OEM trigger guard and it was causing some fitment issues. They asked which I had, the "flat-back" or "pointed-back", they even sent pictures to illustrate the difference in the REAR of the housing, which I have posted. Just an fyi for anyone who wants to upgrade their M3, check your gun and order the correct TG to save yourself some headaches. (photos courtesy of A&S, used with permission)
