The newest ones were 2009's so they will be marked CD.

That rubber washer holds the firing pin retainer in place.

If you roll over and tap uncle it's just as much about California as the govt.

Indeed the "market" has blown the price of the Benelli CAP to sky high levels which sucks but it's the only one right now. Like the AR the M4 has to use a specific design to clearance a recoil tube so options are limited. To be honset I can't belive there isn't a aftermarket one out now let alone years ago.

All Novas loosen up a bit and the forend will have a little play but the actual rattle is usually caused by loose action bar retainers.

If it is true I too say good for Benelli and to damn bad for California. In my opinion there gun laws are nothing but a hassle for responsible gun owners to deal with and would bet a serious amout of money that 922r hasn't saved one life.

There is more Benelli info here than all other forums put together x2. The only way you won't get an answer here is if the person who knows isn't logged in or you step on toes in your first post.

My Benelli M4 1 month old PICS .. Stippling of Handguard

Thats what I was talking about when everyone said I was crazy a few months back. I looked at five different M4's two were CD dated recievers but had CA dated barrels and were black but matching CD dates were green. I managed to find the only CD/CD dated one that was black and took it home. -

Which Benelli Shotgun Does This Mag Extension Go With?

If you have the spring and barrel clamp used ones usually fetch $70-80. -
Thats what I was thinking. I haven't owned anything beyond tactical 18" barreled shotguns and still used everyone for sport, clays and HD.

Is this a Benelli extension and spring? I have used both the short +2 and long +3 extensions on my Supernova tacticals in combination with the very long spring they include. Well I guess the short tube didn't include a spring but I added a M1 full length spring. You can use the factory spring but it will hang up a round once and a while even a M2T spring will have issues after it sets. I suggest buying a M4 or M1 full length spring. Either are a ***** to get in but work flawlessly. -

Most use a Superluminova paint like the Beretta PX4 and 90-Two which stays lit for a few minutes after exposure to light. After owning several PX4's all I can say is thank goodness Benelli didn't cake that crap in the sights, because then it blows out with recoil. Although with the recent green M4's I have also noticed it looks like a 10 year old now paints the front sights. -

When it comes to the tubes themselves they all interchange and the M1 & M2 share the same dimensions when it comes to the barrel nut also. However most M2's use a nut with the sling plate versus the M1 which usually doesn't, even then they are still interchangeable also. -
I have had both the M2 tactical and M4 and would consider either far superior to the Vinci on a tactical/durable scale. And even then as much as I like my lighter M2T it is no match for a M4. After shooting my friends Vinci I came to the conclusion that it is a great bird gun and that is all.

In my opinion none of the after market tubes look and perform like the Benelli ones but I'm OCD when it comes to stuff like that too. I prefer a nice uniform look and no names splattered on things which is another reason the Benelli ones are a plus also. As for the Nordic tube I would love to see why it is only a +2 when the short Benelli tube adds +2 and the long adds +3.
-
So I take that everyone also noticed that the COD M4 also sports a civilian tube with fake extension.
-
Yep they look very close until you pull them out and compare the part that holds it in place.
-
The Comfortech uses shims for drop & cast and different sized buttpads for LOP. These pads however are not only expensive but do not fit the PG stock either.
-
Holy zombie thread! As for the sling plate you can't tighten it up only select which way it faces.
