  1. needncash got it. What optic is that? Is that a scuff on the back of the receiver near the stock? You'd do yourself a huge favor by getting a full length titanium magazine tube to spare yourself 5 ounces.
  2. Is this still available? Were you still interested in the SideArmor rail? Perhaps we could do a trade. If not, the asking price is fine. Pm me your info.
  3. Does the carriercomp unit qualify? Since you can snap the red plastic end to it?
  4. Being from NYC, I was expected a Druish Princess.
  5. Something on your order is probably out of stock, and they're awaiting the parts.
  6. 8 of these would probably get the job done just fine. This is the bolt release that you want: http://www.brownells.com/1/1/24415-bolt-release-button.html
  7. I put 10,000 rounds on the factory one. I always kept it fully loaded. When I bought Kip's tube, it came with the Wolff upgraded spring. I've had it almost 2 years now, and have left it loaded all the time. Most springs wear out due to compression/decompression cycles. This is assuming that the spring isn't over compressed. I don't believe this is an issue with the magazine spring because it is self limiting on how far it can compress. So unloading it on Friday may contribute to it's demise eventually. During practice, you'll notice that the last round in the tube to load may start to experience failures to feed. This is a sign that the spring may need to be replaced.
  8. It should work fine, but a replacement from carriercomp would perform better.
  9. SideArmor compared to the factory Benelli top rail.
  10. Hi all, I'm looking to sell a SideArmor Mod 1 top rail with the following accessories; 1 4 shell carrier 2 short rails 1 long rail The rail is in excellent condition. Better than 99% condition. I like the older version better than the Mod 2 because it is quite a bit lighter. The detachable rails allow you to pick and choose where you want them. The Mod 1 has the sight channel cut down the center. I've mounted LaRue mounts with no issue whatsoever. Reason for selling, I'm moving to a lighter setup. I'm looking to get $275.00 shipped. Thanks
  11. I cut the UPC off the box when I sent one in several months ago.

    M&P

I'd leave the 40 for the gangsters/rappers. This may or may not be something you need to consider: Another thing to consider is if you plan on mounting a weapon light. That can dictate what barrel/slide length to get. There is no purpose to get a short barreled pistol if you plan on mounting a weapon light on it that protrudes several inches past the barrel.

    M&P

M&P's are surprisingly good. I wasn't much of a S&W semi auto fan until it was released. For the XD line, you might want to try the XDm model. It has interchangeable backstraps. They have two different barrel lengths depending on what your purpose is for the pistol. You might want to handle the Gen 4 Glock 19 as well. It's a bit smaller, and one of the revisions also has interchangeable backstraps. I had a PX4 before. Great reliable pistol. Very comfortable. Just hated the trigger. Which one is best is simply an opinion. All are great pistols. I personally carry a XDm in 9mm with a Surefire X400 on it.
  14. What light? SideArmor has just a top rail that allows the use of their shell carriers. I don't see why the M80 and the SideArmor Mod 2 wouldn't work together. However, I think you'd be making the weapon overly heavy for little benefit. From your prerequisite, I believe a M80 would fit the bill for your use. You could use a 3gunner gear shell carrier to reduce overall weight as well. This would eliminate your need for the SideArmor top rail option. I'd opt for the carriercomp top rail. I've had both. SideArmor is good, but carriercomp is more refined. It sits lower against the top of the receiver. You can also try a shell carrier from SpecreGear if you want to carry 6 shells on the buttstock. This will not work on the collapsible stock though. There are some fairly decent deals on Surefire Scout lights right now on ebay. They're not rejects or fake. I've verified their authenticity. If they have the Surefire packaging, you're pretty safe. Most counterfeiters don't bother trying to reproduce the packaging materials. I bought a M600C Scout light lastnight in black for my M4. I'm relagating the tan one to my AR. I got it for 333$ shipped. He had another one too. What optic are you considering?
  15. I don't think a bottom mount will fly. Not the way the AFG forces your hand. It leaves you with the option of controlling the light with your thumb. I have plans to mount my Scout light at the 10:30 position via a GearSector offset mount. Then hit the switch via the momentary/constant on button tail cap. I'm expecting to have to modify the M80 rubberized top section to allow for the offset mount. I plan to use either LaRue index clips or the rubber ladder rails for the side rails.
  16. I intend to try the AFG whenever my M80 gets sent back to me from Optics Planet. I bought an AFG1 and an AFG2 to try out.
