Go in with sugar rather than spite. TTI has been known to tell people TFB.

I hate dealing with them. The only thing I buy from them anymore are these handles. Plus my daughter teases me when we watch John Wick that they should have used one of my M4's instead of that TTI edition M4.

TTI took care of me right away. They apologized that my charging handle was sent out looking like it did. They already emailed a return shipping label. Honestly, the ultimate charging handle I bought for my M2 is awesome. I don’t judge them. They treated me right. Customer service wins every time.

I purchased the Arms Unlimited when it was on sale; I haven't installed it yet; has anyone used the AU handle; if yes; how was/ is it working?

+1 on the newer enlarged Botach handle. It’s essentially identical and functions the same as the OEM handle, ergo feel & easy on the skin too!

U know the sad thing is that it would be a great handle if they changed the bottom.  It isn't like the stock one and it doesn't lock . I love the feel of it but those 2 things are deal breakers
