ClackClackBAM 52
Like the tile says, do you have a preferred sling? I know this is lame as hell, but I kinda want a sling similar to the M4 in the original Zombieland... haha
Sigfla 19
Magpul MS1 padded. I asked the question further down the page. Padded feels much better

ClackClackBAM 52
Thanks for the feedback! Last night I was looking into the Vickers sling but I'll check out these other ones too.
CobraBG 19
Blue Force Gear Vickers. I prefer the non padded. It's less bulky and I find it easier to maneuver.

jimbo45 32
Ive got a half dozen or more of the bfg's and only one magpul sling its not the padded one. I have it on ps90 sbr and wouldnt want anything heavier on it as it gets uncomfortable quick. The padded version could be better but I dont know as they werent out when I bought that one. DFWSFO 21
Haley Strategic D3. Padded, but not nearly as bulky as other padded offerings. Awesome adjustment system too. Little pricey, but worth it for me.
StrangerDanger 427
This is my preferred setup with a BlueForceGear padded sling with sewn in QD Mount points. Having the rear QD link on the opposite side of the shotgun really helps with controlling the weapon when you’re hands off.
ClackClackBAM 52
^That looks amazing! Where is everyone getting the large bolt release button?

Look up GG&G bolt releases. It’s an OEM release drilled and tapped for their larger pad.

Looks like they're out of stock due to COVID shippment delays from Italy. It's just as well though, as I've spent A LOT of money on this gun in the last week. I guess I'll just make this tiny button work for now. haha
StrangerDanger 427
I see them listed on eBay from time to time new. There are also loads of resellers like Brownells and such. I hear you though, I spent all my Trump bucks too.

Just added it up and realized I'm already $2,700 into this gun and I still haven't gotten a 7 round tube. Time to take a break. lol 1

Although it's expensive, it's been at the top of my gun bucket list for as long as I can remember. With something like this I won't let money get in the way of building it out how I've always planned.

Were they hard to install? The M4 is amazing, but I'm sure you already know that!

The M4 is amazing, but I'm sure you already know that! Thanks! The mounts are easy to install. The front Mount is part of the IWC light/sling mount. It replaces the factory front sling mount. https://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/product/multi-light-benelli-m4-mount-scout/ The rear QD sling mount is also from IWC. It fits right thru the factory sling loop. It’s pretty easy to install as well. https://www.impactweaponscomponents.com/product/qd-rotation-limited-buttstock-sling-mount-n-slot/ 1

Now I think I'm wishing I'd got the sewn in QD model like you run because I don't love how the webbing/buckle attaches through the sling loop.

I have the same sling mounts from IWC that you have. Actually, they are on the way from IWC on June 2nd. I'm trying to put together my Custom Padded Vickers Sling. Question... what hardware did choose for the front and rear attachments? https://www.blueforcegear.com/custom-padded-vickers-sling Thanks....

I’d recommend having them sewn in place.

Were you able to get both the front and rear sewn in? I only see an option to sew in the front.
