  1. Just wanted show this build. I embraced the blue and added some briley gold, a socom guy tube, and a mesa stock. Came out awesome! Its a Warriors or Notre Dame fan gun.

  2. The coveted and hard to get agency arms handguards for the M4 are in stock at Omaha Outdoors. Getem quick because they won't last long. Oh, and bang that green arrow ⬆️ up if you bought one or appreciate the update. ? https://www.omahaoutdoors.com/agency-arms-benelli-m4-m-lok-handguard-rail/

  3. We been seeing a lot of Benelli m4 clones coming out. I was able to get my hands on the adjustable stock clone. It was about $120 or so. With that in mind you are getting a lot, a complete recoil tube with everything in it, pistol grip and the adjustable stock. Of course for $120 it will be nowhere near the quality of a real benelli. Here’s what I found out when comparing it to my Benelli made adjustable stock . The recoil tube appears to be aluminum whereas the m4 is I believe steel. The clone tube looks to be a bit longer , I’m didn’t test it but I think the clone tube would fit the m4 , I think that because the locking nut from the clone fits the m4 tube. The clone is almost entirely made out of plastic where as the benelli is mostly metal. The clone pistol grip is almost an exact copy however it will not fit securely on a m4 as it has a gap from the grip to the trigger housing. The adjustment latch is all plastic and has two arms that push a metal bar up to adjust the length, I’ve noticed this is a weak design and when I took out the bar I can see the plastic is already deforming (see pic) I wouldn’t trust it to last a long time . If you’re planning to put this on your Benelli m4, don’t . You would be better of with whatever Benelli stock you have on now. This clone stock belongs on a clone.

  4. I haven't found any LEO dealers who can get them either. Any info you can share would be much appreciated. I'm waiting for my trigger group to return from Briley. I sent it in the first week of March and still no movement..... I called last week and they said they are out of parts and are waiting for them to active back from the titanium nitride treatment. They expect the parts to be back in this week sometime. Then build the triggers and ship them out. It sounds like it's going to be a bit yet.

  6. Buy the entry it isn't just a status symbol and don't let that bs about the atf coming to your house scare you its nonsense. I waited to start buying nfa stuff because I was told that same thing turns out it's a bunch of bull crap I have 20 plus stamps and no intention of stopping.

  7. Many years ago I hung out with a several Class 3 dealers, I recall them telling me that (we used to have a lot of local Class 3 dealers locally). They could've been referring only to their own license but the impression I got was if one has a tax stamp for full auto they're very interested in talking to you if a full auto is used locally in a crime, e.g. one owns a FA AK and a FA AK was used in an incident in the area, they would be very interested in talking to you about your AK. The impression they gave me was they would not be wanting to do a search of your home, it'd be more of a knock and talk, as in a "Show us the item and your tax stamp" situation. Still, I would not want to be on their radar with a tax stamp, I don't care what anyone says. IF anyone ever starts talking about having or wanting FA (or any other NFA item) I always ask: "You got a tax stamp for that/you plan on getting a tax stamp to acquire that?" If they answer in the negative I tell them to get the hell away from me with their criminal intent. The folks on the NFA registry are the first ones they will be coming to visit when it's time to step up their plans. If something is 'registered' then it's not yours - register comes from Latin regis which means "of the king."

  8. Correct, sorry did not mean to suggest the USMC purchased new M4’s from Benelli. From what I was told the USMC may have requested (via RFP?) from Benelli a more resistant finish, but only for/applied to the M4 receiver itself to meet the request. Essentially, the existing anodizing process was improved upon..or “hardened”.. resulting in the rather broad-blue color variance of the receiver customers are receiving recently. The existing M4 receiver nomenclature remains unmodified across the various offered models/platforms. From a manufacturing process and to streamline production, it is certainly practical to produce all the M4 receivers consistently in the same manner & steps..therefore extending the new hardened finish across all M4 receivers. If this is the case, just don’t understand why Benelli would not pronounce the new-hardened-finish of the ever-vital receiver and with it comes the disclosure of the known color variance. A possible reason..and this is only my ignorant opinion..is disclosing the known color variance of the receiver will scare off any potential buyers who want an all black M4.

  9. Spoke with a DoD contact that relayed Benelli’s explanation is odd regarding blueish M4 receiver color variance is result of US military request for improved/hardened finish..because it’s unlikely that Benelli would incur the extra steps & costs involved to specifically meet newer US military needs and then simply extend the same application to all civilian model M4’s. If Benelli is automatically extending the improved hardened anodizing process to all civilian M4 models at no cost, then why not pronounce & tout the improved finish of the vital receiver and color variance? Stranger D. may have called it right from the jump..guys at the plant in Italy have to much olive oil on their hands at the acid tanks lol!!

  10. You know, the black finish does look different. I think the black cerokote theory is highly possible. Additionally, it is stamped "IT" after the serial number. So, there is something different about it.

  11. So yesterday I stopped by a local Cabela’s where I live (ammo browse, SHOCKER nothing!) and I overheard a conversation at the gun display counter. A Cabela’s staffer behind the counter who appeared older was steadfast explaining to two younger guys/customers that ALL NEW Benelli M4’s are now made with Navy Blue receivers only. I moved in closer to listen and one of the guys asked the staffer if they could order/request the M4 receiver to be black and would it cost extra?? The Cabela’s staffer said he was told Navy blue only right now. As I walked away, a few things were validated to me..1) Benelli clearly is not the source of such ridiculous misinformation..2)Benelli clearly did/has not got in front of/fully disclosed it’s latest & significant color variance with M4 receivers which results in ridiculous misinformation..3) Cabela’s remains unimpressive when it comes to firearms, relationships with distributors & manufacturers..I’d purchase a firearm from a Dentist while having a root canal before Cabela’s! Sorry, Rant complete.

  12. 60 of them that came with the collapsible stock and a full length magazine tube. After that, Benelli neutered them and sold a bunch that were NP3 plated. Then a few years ago they stopped doing the NP3 presumably because it's insanely expensive, and switched to the Cerakote model. Some of NP3 models had fitting issues from tolerance stacking. Benelli skimped on plating a lot of the parts they should have like the aluminumm trigger frames. The ones I send in to Wright end up having everything steel and aluminum plated except the disconnector pin, bolt handle retainer pin and all the springs.

  13. Just finished mine up for now. Got the trigger and new frame back from Briley and screwed a butt stock on. I have an OEM muzzle brake and a couple other parts on the side. Love this thing, just have to shoot it now
