  1. Yeah I will run another small batch after the holidays. I was honestly surprised to see so many people ordered it; the first run I was expecting barely anybody to buy it and to last me for the year.

  2. The OEM trigger group retaining pin is just a pin, held in place at the head with a cir-clip and retainer. It does not have the capacity to pinch or squeeze the receiver's sides in. The receiver is very thin in that area. You would think that the trigger housing might prevent that from happening but who knows? If the cross bolt is cranked on.

  3. Here's the dimensions for the original flexible retaining ring: I did briefly investigate a sourcing for aftermarket replacement but it appears it doesn't conform to any ANSI or DIN specifications. So chances of finding this off the shelf is slim. I did also look at either making my own out of spring steel with an angled cut (purple ring) to aid in removal or take an original ring to the grinder. Basically stick a pick tool in the corner and pry it off like shaft snap ring.

  4. Surefire M600 Ultra Custom Light Build With IWC Back Bone Body and Z61 Tail cap Like New. I put this light build together a while back. It was mounted but never used during live fire. Minus a few storage handling marks and being mounted once it's essentially new. The fasteners have never been used. It sports the Surefire M600 Ultra Light Head KE1-B, IWC Thorntail 600 Backbone Light Body and Surefire Z61 clicky tail cap. This will fit perfect on any scout mounting system. It especially fits like a glove on the IWC Benelli M4 Scout light/QD sling mount. The SF KE1-B gives you 1000 Lumens The Backbone body gives you lighter weight than the SF Scout body and offers more mounting positions. The SF Z61 tail cap has no shroud which helps mitigate finger jam on the 12 gauge platform. If you put these components together yourself this is what the cost would be: SF KE1-B Head: $206 IWC Backbone 600 Body: $75 SF Z61 Tail Cap: $33.99 Total: $314.99 Selling for $250.00 shipped priority with tracking. PP Friends and Fam or you pay the fee, Venmo and US Postal Money Order accepted. Pardon the dust in the pics...

  5. It’s solid too. I use it in conjunction with a vice. You just press the tool into the plug with the jaws and index the hole for the pin so that it drops right out as soon as you have enough tension on it. Then release the jaws and the internals slide right out. Reassembly is just as easy, you just index the pin hole horizontally instead so it doesn’t just drop right thru.

  7. This is correct! My Surefire M600 mounted directly to the IWC without issue.

  8. Here's the part. Currently out of stock at Midwest, though: https://www.midwestgunworks.com/benelli-m4/flexible-ring.html

  9. My two cents is to not modify anything in a new gun. Run a few hundred rounds first to make sure it runs smoothly. Then, change one thing at a time, unless it has nothing to do with the shooting part.

  10. Its to attach the side saddle, and its proven to cause issues in other guns.

  11. The IWC mount does include the screws. I’m running a Surefire M600DF with the IWC mount. I unscrewed the M600DF from the factory Surefire picatinny mount and, using the screws supplied with the IWC mount, loctited and screwed it on the IWC mount. Super easy and a great solution I’m very happy with.

  12. Regal Metal Works has their 6 position recoil tube now available in case anyone is interested but there are only 4 left from this batch. https://regalmetalworks.com/product/benelli-m4-m1014-6-position-recoil-tube-new-release/

  14. Near the end of my guide, there are tips for removing and installing the flexible ring into the receiver extension. Often times those flexible rings from Benelli are sold out and can't be found. If you paid 22 dollars for one, you'd feel like you got raped once you receive it and realize its realistically a 20 cent part, and I'm being generous.
