They make some fine 22LR's, but I've not seen any magnums.

It's going to be either 6-48 or 8-40. Call Benelli CS to clarify.

Try mid to late morning when the hens have moved on.

Another one that would probably help.

Citizen wanted the gun to protect herself and her property. DC law denied her application. Now, if could just rally the media to this the same way Sharpton sicked 'em on Imus.

EXCELLENT NEWS! DC Gun law rule BS! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parker_v._District_of_Columbia To summarize, we conclude that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms. That right existed prior to the formation of the new government under the Constitution and was premised on the private use of arms for activities such as hunting and self-defense, the latter being understood as resistance to either private lawlessness or the depredations of a tyrannical government (or a threat from abroad). In addition, the right to keep and bear arms had the important and salutary civic purpose of helping to preserve the citizen militia. The civic purpose was also a political expedient for the Federalists in the First Congress as it served, in part, to placate their Antifederalist opponents. The individual right facilitated militia service by ensuring that citizens would not be barred from keeping the arms they would need when called forth for militia duty. Despite the importance of the Second Amendment's civic purpose, however, the activities it protects are not limited to militia service, nor is an individual's enjoyment of the right contingent upon his or her continued or intermittent enrollment in the militia.

I noticed a post by someone on another forum stating that they couldn't post URL's yet, because they were a new user. Apparently, that forum has a rule coded into it whereby new users can't post any URL's until they've been a member for X days or posted X times previously. Seems simple and effective enough. How 'bout it Admins.?

I'm thinking "tank" is going to be a very appropriate name for him

A customer? What kind of business are you in? The stocks can be picked up at just about any sporting supply (Cabelas, Midway, Brownells, Impactguns, etc.) or ebay, gunbroker, etc. saddle mount from Midway USA and others.

I'd try a small amount of Flitz on a bore mop chucked up in a variable speed drill.

No argument here on checking out private buyers. If I sell a gun privately I prefer to go through a FFL dealer and him run the transaction anyway. For a more comprehensive list of other California laws, click here (pdf)

He was pretty good in "Days of Thunder". Looking at his past career as a lobbyist for big business and special interests, I'd have some reservations, but I'm not ruling him out without learning more about him.

And if your fellow Krazyfornians keep legislating, this will the scene in a few years. Of course, this racquet is registered with the BATFR.

It's like I got crystal balls or something! Awesome bird!

You shouldn't have to move, mudhen. None of us should have to move to another state to enjoy freedoms which are supposedly guaranteed us by the Constitution of the United States of America. This type of registration a very, very dangerous thing. A corrupt government could easily use this as a database for collection and confiscation at their whim. The primary reason many guns are grandfathered on bans is because there is no central record of who has what, making retro-enforcement impossible. With this in place, the PRK gestapo could easily come to claim your Benellis when they get around to banning all semi-automatic weapons.

I couldn't tell if he was gobbling, but the bird I saw yesterday AM was definitely strutting and his head was almost white. Drive by.

Benelli dealers also stock parts.

I wouldn't know what to suggest based on the little bit of information given. HOGWILD's advice wasn't bad advice at all, but oldmanwinter certainly had the right to ask the question. Sometimes, you have to read a post between the lines and get a sense of how able the person asking the question seems to be. Does he demostrate what seems to be a general understanding of how things work? Does he give a detailed description of the problem and the circumstances under which it occurs? Someone who asks why their gun doesn't hold the advertised number of shells, for example, has no business being instructed on how to remove the limiter plug. On the other hand, a fellow who has demonstrated some knowledge of the workings of an O/U wanting to know if the auto-safety on a Veloce can be disabled could merit a sensible and detailed response without having to be referred to CS. HOGWILD has a point. Giving CS first crack at any malfunction issue is a good idea. Let the company backup their product. It's what they do, and they do it well. /edit I don't know more than CS. If it were Dell we were talking about, then yes, but not Benelli. They've got great people who are just itching to help a customer and make them happy. It's but a phone call away. Benelli has knowledgable people who frequent these forums, but they rarely answer questions such as these. mudhen's out roosting gobblers somewhere between PRK and MO. We may not hear from him for a month. And then it will just be a picture of another monster longbeard with a liquified head.

Probably the Franchi Diamond sold by Dick's Golf and Tackle.

How about that!

The download link has been updated. Pufile.com is the new host

Tin foil, HOHWILD. Two layers, cover the entire head.

He probably discounted your statement based solely on your age. As far as I know, Benelli has not produced any doubles.
