Thanks. I got it 2 yrs ago and it's still unfired. Thanks. No I'm not in California, I'm in Florida and we have some great gun ownership laws. Believe me, I know what you mean. I used to live in New York, and the city and state have different gun laws.

They put Loc-tite on at the factory so... 1) Get a heatgun & some work gloves 2) Turn the heat gun on high, & aim at the receiver/mag tube for about 7 - 10 minutes. 3) Let it cool for a few minutes and turn the mag tube. PRESTO!!

That can't be right because the Serbu Super Shorty Shotgun has a 6.5" barrel and is an AOW.

First, you need to upload them to a host site (assuming you don't have your own server) like Photobucket, or Imageshack. If you have AOL, each username has it's own file manager that allows you to upload pics/video/audio. Then you would click the "Insert Image" link of your post/reply and input the web address of the photo. Remember that the web address must match exactly. For example http://www.myweb.com/GUNPHOTO is not the same as http://www.myweb.com/gunphoto.

He said he'd sell his in a previous post for $1000.00 because one sold on GB for $700.00 plus. I know it sounds ridiculous, but there are some people who are criminally insane, newbies, desperate, or just got $$ to burn, so there's always a possibility it might sell. It has happened before.

I have it installed. As a matter of fact, I never put the original one on, and I installed the GG&G when I took my M4 fresh out the box.

Did you guys take out the seal ring from the end of the old tube and replace it in your new tube?

I think the $600.00 (plus) for an M4 collapsible stock days are done.

Hey Matt, the alcohol companies, or any of the car manufacturers never said we are going to stop manufacturing motor vehicles and alchoholic beverages because a drunk driver killed a family in a minivan. When are people gonna realize that although the VA Tech situation (and others like it) are tragic, they are going to happen as long as there are unstable individuals in this world with malicious intents in their hearts who are hellbent on doing something outrageous. That being said, this type of individual is going to get whatever they need by any means to do the deed they intend to do. eBay is NOT the only place you can buy Glock & Walther magazines.

I agree. The whole "buying an overpriced factory part because it's not available anymore/for consumers" is overrated. If you can get an aftermarket part which gets the job done just as a factory part, and is of top-notch quality like Socomguy's merchandise is, go with that. I saw a factory tube on eBay go for $700.00 plus, which is ridiculous considering that there are options for quality tubes (again, Socomguy) available that are waaay more reasonable pricewise, and do the same exact thing. Before that one, there was one where the guy selling the factory tube even put in his auction listing (starting with a $300.00 opening bid).... "this is a factory tube, but there's no reason to go crazy with the bidding because another one will come along" and it sold for.... $1000.00.

This is all worthless useless crap that is worth next to nothing. J/K.....Depending on fired/unfired condition, you'd probably get more $$ selling the scope/tele stock seperate, and putting the other stuff (gun/original stock/sling/case) together as a package. Best bet is to put up both a package deal price ($2200.00??) and a per item price (gun/sling/case = $1550.00...tele stock = $550.00...scope = $275.00). Good Luck
