  1. this is normal
  2. Bo-shield T9 for rust prevention/coating, WIlson Combat Ultima-lube (oil/grease formula) for sliding things, Larue MG lube for rotating things, and Breakfree CLP for small-parts rust prevention.
  3. Done with it until you take the shotgun down for cleaning each time.
  4. Let us know when you figure out a good way of mounting it. Surefire 6PD+Malkoff M60 should do great!
  5. I shot a bird with mine once. It was decisive. I was using a MOD choke and some #6 or smaller bird-shot. The winged beastie was traveling perpendicular to my position at approximately 30m distance. The shot was instinctive and required no follow-up. This is my only experience with the M4S90 on moving airborne targets.
  6. This is why I went into medical. All 50 states want me. I saw a book at a local range, it detailed in short, all 50 states gun-laws and had a little "sliding-scale" showing how strict they were. Alaska was slid all the way to the "friendly" side to the max.
  7. I am in the market for a collapsible M4S90 stock as well and am thus in direct competition with you for that resource. However, I am more than happy to help you with the tubes. www.carriercomp.com is Kip's website and will provide different contact methods for you to use. Kip is very busy, be forewarned. This is a thread/page in which you can find SOCOMguy's information: http://www.benelliusa.com/forum/showthread.php?t=16367&page=12 They are not OEM, both are superior to OEM.
  8. SOCOMguy can get you one in 1-2 weeks reliably. Kip can get you a lighter, corrosion-proof one for $40 or so more, but the wait-time is variable. From what I have seen machining on both is great, but I have only seen pix of SOCOMguy's tubes. Kip's Ti tube is machined approximately to aerospace tolerance specs.

    Choke tubes

^ This, but treat this "tungsten" and "Hevi-metal" and all that super-hard jazz like you would steel. If you wouldn't shoot steel through it, you shouldn't shoot this stuff through it.
  10. I know where an OEM SBS M4 w/col stock is for sale, arriving in Dec. as run-over from LAPD order
  11. Ah, not so interchangeable. Thanks!
  12. Would really like to have the fixed MOD choke. Because I am odd like that.
  13. IF it's real, prolly gone.
  14. Will an M1014 barrel interchange with an 11707 and vice-versa?
  15. I am itnerested in the differences, I know the M1014 won't work with a col. stock due to no notches, and I think the barrel has a different profile with no chokes. Are the recievers the same (minus the recoil-tube)? Are the handguards the same? Will the barrel interchange with an 11707 style barrel? Any other differences I missed? IF someone has pix of an M1014 reciever, that would be great as a comparison.
  16. No, incompetance does.
  17. Noone even asked...how does it shoot?

    How Long???

  19. Firing holding loosely at the hip just enough grip not to drop it, lol. Failure to extract. It was extreme abuse of technique.
  20. Thanks for the line. I will see how it works for me
  21. 2.75" regular buckshot. She can handle it unless she has a medical condition.
  22. Mine did fine with them, had to hold it tight though. NO room for limp-wristing it.
  23. USPS Priority last time I checked. Call him. Ask. He is very busy and sometimes takes a while to check the forum.
  24. I spoke with Kip on the 13th. He is alive and well.
  25. Why are you so into an OEM tube when better is out there? Is there a reason?
