1. listed your maximum price that you would pay for a spoting scope.
2. yes, M3, Super Black Eagle, Black Eagle, M1, and Montefeltro (vintage) share the same rear buttstock.
3. The factory butt pad is as stiff as stubborn screw.
4. I really like alot of features about the SLP, but like what BLACK stated. The finish and craftsmanship is not up to par with Benelli and Beretta.
5. BenelliUSA Corp. is correct, but it only applies if you DO NOT have the magazine end cap. The magazine end cap functions exactly as it sounds; a cap to capture the magazine spring inside the tube. The retaining clip is used to hold the limiter plug, but can also be used temporarily to capture the magazine spring.
6. If the barrels are Carlsons, then its not worth it. low end junk.
7. Yes, you have 2 options: DIY sawing and pad fitting or you could try the Mesa Tacitcal. But for the Urbino Stock, you need to select the M1 (despite it says M1/M2 which can not interchange) This is another option, but you need to get a machine shop to custom make the receiver tube to the smaller threads. For the Magazine tube, saw off the plastic slide support then use a heat gun to remove the Loxeal or a strong solvent.
8. Eye witness to the Ants invading my Benelli...... oddly enough, i still use frog lube.
9. I love the normal sized handle that Benelli makes. The obnoxiously wide diameter handles just don't work for me (especially with diamond knurling). The round handle is pretty much universal (except for the M4 and Vinci) whereas the paddle can only fit in the new Benellis with the oval slot. The paddle handle wraps around my last digit like a glove and feels very natural. The hourglass is the most comfortable to me, but it is kinda annoying that it is able to rotate. I also had the skinny handle that truckcop is speaking of (generally older M1s and Beretta 1201FP series) and I hate the diamond knurling.
10. Some would say a hassle at least.... But yes with the proper equipment you can replace the tube.
11. Not sure about the warranty in Canada, but I would imagine it is equal to the one offer by BenelliUSA Corp. Find a new butt pad for your Nova.
12. I thought it is bad to pull the bolt with the safety on?
13. Are you holding down the bolt release?
14. You can remove the ghost ring sights, and don't get the aftermarket barrel (low end junk)

16. Upon installing a new trigger pack into my M3 I noticed that I could continuously move the pump forend repeatedly without the bolt locking. (Normally the M3 will only lock the bolt if the magazine tube is empty.) After investigating this phenomenon, I found out the m3 trigger pack has a cartridge drop lever with an addition notch on the top. I experimented with the M3 trigger in my other Benelli shotguns and have concluded: -The extra notch has a purpose to indicate that there are no more shells in the magazine tube to prevent pumping the M3 excessively. -Unlike conventional pump-actions, the M3 can pump regardless if the hammer is cocked or home. Which means you can eject a live shell. -M3 carriers are universal to all the others, but you must use the M3 carrier with the missing slot to accommodate the extra notch on a M3. So make certain you do your research before you buy a replacement! -With the M3 trigger in the M1014, the action was very stiff and you could not pull the bolt back unless you pushed the lever into the receiver. You could feel EXACTLY where the notch is engaged.* -With the M3 trigger in the M1, it was more difficult to start the rotation of the bolt. The smoothness of the action seemed to be unchanged immediately once you get the bolt out of battery. As with the M1014, you could not pull the bolt unless the lever was into the receiver.* -TTI uses the M3 carrier. *Testing done without the use of dummy or live rounds
17. I just found out the carrier on that M2 is actually derived from a M3. http://forums.benelliusa.com/showthread.php/32569-M3-Cartridge-Drop-Lever-and-Carrier
18. Do not forget that you have ball detent to keep the magazine nut from anti-rotating. Some really ancestral HK Imports did not have the ball detent nor chrome chamber. Here is two of the three "factory*" forend caps. The one on the left is found on the M2, Most of the Benelli USA Corp. M1, and current production magazine accessory. The one on the right was on my H&K Imported M1. The latter production is more slim. The M3 front sling ring will not fit other Benellis.
19. You can't use the swivel ring by itself.
