  1. Those who harbor such thoughts suffer from cherished delusions. Blood and treasure is expended in foreign lands SOLELY for the money powers. There is NO other reason!!! I suggest you get a clue: read USMC Major General Smedley Butler's book War is a Racket where he calls a spade a spade - free online here - http://www.lexrex.com/enlightened/articles/warisaracket.htm For those who don't know it yet, WW2 was ENTIRELY about making the world safe for international communism (which is why Patton was offed, since he wanted to take out the Soviets - Patton *knew* the real deal).
  2. Contractual obligations via a HOA. The man signed onto the contract, and is now whining about it. Oh boo-hoo.
  3. You can often find non-PG field stocks for the S90 M1 on feebay, and they generally go for $50 +/-, sometimes less. Just gotta be patient. I sold a new one about 3 months ago for $45 shipped, but not on feebay.
  4. No, the 121 M1 is an entirely different shotgun from the Super 90, it preceded the S90. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I have a 121 M1, so I know for sure.
  5. You need 'snap ring pliers' a specialty tool, NOT your run of the mill pliers. I got a pair made by Channellock which convert to both inner and outer snap rings and come with different size tip for less then $20 at bLowe's. Used mine on both the tiny snap ring for the retaining spring for the axle bush and the large snap ring for the sling attachment. http://www.northerntool.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_6970_200308959_200308959
  6. Have you tried the trigger pull on the PS90? Ugh...
  7. Lubing the pistons will result in a load of carbon burned onto the pistons which is a bit*h to clean, so that's why I suggested NOT to do so, for the same reason one shouldn't lube the gas piston in an AK, FAL, or any other gas piston operated semi-auto.
  8. You've *got* to keep the M4 bolt carrier group well lubed including the recoil link pin at the rear of the bolt carrier (however do NOT lube the pistons) or else suffer the consequences later. I always generously lube mine before I shoot it. As for the 'legality' of the collapsible stock, there's a lot of debate about that and it's *not* an issue until it becomes one at some time in the future. The law is on the books and if it weren't then Benelli would be making those collapsible stocks available to us lowly 'civilians', and as it stands now Benelli will ONLY make the collapsible stocks available to bona fide 'law enforcement agencies'. Definitely a gray area without the imported parts count at 10 or less items so precede at your own risk.
  9. My 121 M1 is ported (by Magna Port) and functions fine, however it's recoil operated. And I recently had my Model 12 with 18.5" barrel ported by Magna Port and there's a noticeable difference.
  10. I'm of the opinion it would not work well on a gas gun, there would likely be an adverse effect on the operation of the sg. Why don't you contact Magna-Port and ask them. There's also the choke issue, the porting would have to be below the screw in choke.
  11. So now you recommend against the ADM mount after having experienced it? Or are you withholding judgment until you can see how it works on Kip's rail?
  12. Thanks for the very useful info. That's going to be my next upgrade after the FL tube.

  14. Nothing has panned out so far unfortunately. Still trying but outlook not good atm. Sure would like to try to improve the trigger pull to be more like my 121 M1 which is pretty sweet.
  15. You will need some snap ring pliers, with those it will be a piece of cake. I bought a pair at bLowe's, made by Channelock, they have different size tips and do both inside and outside snap rings by changing a lever position.
  16. Yeah, it does look just like the one for the Mossy, I think they may use similar or adapted tooling. I'm pleased with the synthetic field stock I got from them for my 121 M1, although it is considerably heavier than the original wood stock. The two spacers which came with my conventional stock are removable and therefore I left them off.
  17. Probably need to order on a Dept's letterhead.
  18. Definitely looks like a spinner. And a little large for my tastes.
  19. Looks identical to the one they shipped me by mistake. http://cgi.ebay.com/BENELLI-TACTICAL-SHOTGUN-PISTOL-GRIP-STOCK-NEW_W0QQitemZ330364450749QQcmdZViewItemQQptZVintage_Hunting?hash=item4ceb4177bd&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
  20. I'm not in any way associated with this vendor, just noticed the listing on feebay. http://cgi.ebay.com/Benelli-LIGHTWEIGHT-CHARGING-HANDLE_W0QQitemZ120475767054QQcmdZViewItemQQptZLH_DefaultDomain_0?hash=item1c0cea510e&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
  21. The description just says Super 90, nothing specific about the M4. Plus I don't see threads on the cap end, although the other end looks like it'd work.
  22. That's great news, I would definitely get one at that price.
  23. I doubt we'll ever see a $300 substitute (or even less than $500) for the factory collapsible stock due to the large investment required to get something like that going (in the $50k range, if not more). Even that shorter LOP fixed stock Mesa Tactical is working on looks like it will cost in the $500 range.
  24. Be advised that Benelli no longer supports the SL80 aka the 121 in the way of spare parts. I suggest you take that into account with respect to the 'value' of the piece in question.
