I'll bet he has a lot to say to the folks waiting in line at at Baskin Robbins !

I have developed highly detailed disassembly manuals for a variety of popular guns such as the Benelli M2 that illustrate all the parts and how they relate in function. If you are interested in purchasing one send me a PM.

I have the Daniel Defense.....as you know it has a hollow base support so you can use the factory fixed sights....but, the eye sight axis is too low when the gun is mounted for me.....the taller LaRue (blocked view base) is perfect for sight picture alignment when cheek is mounted to stock; also the reason I wanted BUIS so I went with the off-set SureFire Barry Dueck's which are really nice as well. That's my story.

Precisely ! Collapsible stock sourced from Heckler&koch2000 and was great transaction FYI.

A lot of chit chat about this screw, so I thought some might want to know a little more about about it. I use 8.5 inch / lbs of torque combined with blue Loctite which avoids misery when you only have 2.5 mm of aluminum alloy thread engagement available . Full size photos here: http://i1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee424/veryeasy4me/Screw1.png http://i1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee424/veryeasy4me/Screw2.png http://i1227.photobucket.com/albums/ee424/veryeasy4me/Screw3.png For some reason when I upload the photos they get reduced to ~ 9 kb size which is ridiculous ! How can I post full size photos ? -
You might try the single point quick disconnect from Mesa Tactical. Enjoy.

Here's a Carrier Comp 14" titanium magazine tube installed on the M4.

I have about every gizmo and gadget from every peddler you can bling-up the M4 with and I can tell you I have all of Carrier Comp's goodies related to the platform (except the soon-to-be-released black charging handle ?).....my Carrier Comp products are installed on my M4 and arrived / functioned flawless (and i'm picky!) ; Kip has been courtesy and timely in his email responses to my inquiries. Kip's not a peddler as others in the after market accessory industry. I see your join date is less than 2 weeks old..........contribute something positive to the forum in the next two weeks and you may gain some standing in your whining. That's all I have to say about this ! God bless America on 9/11.

what he said.

The Viking Tactical 2-point system is a reasonable option. Up front is a Gear Sector quick disconnect with nice ball bearing mechanism; in the rear is a Safariland quick-disconnect system. I have both the LaRue quick disconnect mount for the T1 and the Daniel Defense (which does allow co-witnessing of stock sights)....but, I like the lower LaRue and when combined with the Surefire Barry Dueck off-set open sights for target engagements different than your optics sight settings, they work really well. Agree with Stranger........put the heat gun, not open flame, even the red loctite melts at 450 deg F. Be patient !

I bet it is Benelli Special Tool XYZ made in limited quantities and stored underground in a undisclosed vault in a 3rd world country. Unrelated, how come I can't get my photo's to upload in large format (not larger pixel).....like the screw driver photo above and the photo of your M4 ?

Just a few more photos of the fabricated tool that works perfectly for the task.

The recoil tube on the M2 is similar to the M4 and this is how I disassemble them. More photos to follow in next post.

The entire top rail and 2-shell holder are from SideArmor ; the rails between 3 o'clock & 9 o'clock is the SureFire M80 rail system. I don't think I need a laser on a SBS M4; my SBS M4 carbine yes. The T1 is indeed sweet with the quick disconnect lever mounting system.

One on each side would be over-the-top.....even for me. Worse, would be the heckling from the forum members at large. It would look awesome though. A red/ green filter lens on one of the lights for a scout light, then standard white LED on the other would be handy.

The SureFire Scout M620 with momentary / ON-OFF pressure switch is mounted. The X400 has an optional housing that can be attached to allow for using the same style switch.

Has anyone considered mounting a green laser on their M4?
benelliwerkes replied to Sukhoi_fan's topic in Benelli
My expert technicians and myself field test every device we deploy in our survival kits........the lasers cited above are made by the same company and thus quality. They were not designed to be mounted as a weapons light as they have a 5 degree exit beam which makes them highly visible as well as safe to look directly into their path, as the optical density is much less than a weapons / seminar designed exit beam collimation which typically in the range of 1 mm. My only point in mentioning them was to provide an accurate counter statement to someone suggesting the beam per se was not visible unless engaged on a distant target surface. That's all.
