The words slug and neighborhood are never a good idea together. Shotshells would be better. You could poison a cat and use it to bait the yote.

I use the Hevi T shot and the dead coyote choke from carslons. It works great.

There is your problem. You don't clean camo with CLP, etc. You just wipe it down with a damp rag and wipe it dry. Only clean the inside parts with CLP. Glad they are going to fix it. Happy hunting.

Improved Cylinder choke will work. You will have to try different slugs to see which one shoots the best.

Supernova tacticals are fixed cylinder. The Nova tacticals are screw-in and come with IC, MOD, and FULL.

Yep, sound right to me. If I load a 3 1/2 shell and shoot the action will cycle to the back and eject the shell if I don't hold on to it.

You can shoot: Lead through all chokes Steel through cylinder,Improved cylinder,and Modifed slugs through all chokes but cylinder or Improved cylinder will be best. Remember to hit the patterning board to get the best pattern. Good luck. Novaking

I'm OK with doing so. Kids learning to shoot guns should have supervision 24/7 when there handling firearms. I don't understand why you or anyone would disagree. Toy gun are toys and real guns are real. Kids don't understand that until you tell and teach them. I understand you know this. Kids will be kids and they will shoot each other with that airsoft when your not looking. Training will an airsoft is great. But then it becomes a real gun.

I think airsoft is a bad idea if your training a new/young shooter to shoot a real gun. He said he has been shot with one so he won't get the idea. As posted above, I would go with the single action, break open pellet guns. They make them in rifle and pistol. I think its great your taking the time to do this with your grandson. I came from a gun free home and didn't start shooting til I was 18. Didn't get my first gun til I was 21. Thanks for sharing the sport. Novaking

Your not mounting the gun right. The LOP (length of pull) might be shorter than your use to. You will love the gun once you get to know it better. A recoil reducer helps with magnum loads but isn't worth the money if you just shoot trap type loads. However I do have a limsavers pad on my novas and love them. Good luck
