A subtle update to the long standing M3 finally makes it way over here. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/910433587 Basically the changes: detachable stock QD sling mount larger charging handle phosphate bolt carrier bottom rail Could this entail the coming of the M4-A1? ?

This is Italian. Part of the reason I am keeping my Benelli m4 guns 100% American milspec as far as the functional aspect goes, is because Aberdeen, as kludgy as they are, tested the shit out of it. As a testament to how pedantic they are, the USMC benelli m4 has, to my knowledge, required zero revision in 2 decades. It has undergone a couple of improvements, mainly the barrel extension, and that's it. I want that kind of proven performance.

This is actually a H2O, just externally painted in FDE Cerakote. This M4 is set up for a leftie. Only the visible areas of the bolt carrier are painted in FDE, everything else is Np3 plated. One cool feature is the RMR spacer that is a 10mm spacer. This raises the RMR up enough to use the optic in the middle position of the collapsible stock comfortably. The spacers come from Reptillia in a few different heights. I had to grind the screws down to make them the correct length to fit the Scalarworks Sync mount.

Doing a Briley one today...

Looks nice! Here's one I put together using a 1911 extended mag release button. Just had to drill and tap for a 5-40 screw to fit. All for about $25

My M4 is about done. Only thing left is a Limbsaver if they ever come back in stock. Briley CF mag extension, TTI charging handle, bolt release, safety & extended carrier. Holosun 507 green dot on Scalarworks mount.

hmmm apparently European M4 14" are threaded for choke tubes, presumably for the stand off breacher.

Here are mine both with strike forends and the entry threaded for standard ckokes. The salvo now stays on that one in the 8" config. Titanium fft tube on the 18" and I'll get a carrier comp tube for the entry at some point.
